Thank you. You really said the truth in an unbiased manner. As much as we appreciate large-scale bus stops with all bells and whistles, we must not fail to recognise the fact that conventional bus stops are becoming dinosaurs in a much global scale. Far developed cities are thinking about how much more people will abandon their cars in cities and not jump on buses, but adopt bicycle culture, hop on trains running on cleaner energy and shorten the distance from place to place.
We should also not fail to voice out the fact that Lagos is becoming much more dirtier in this regime, and yes, electricity for homes and offices is still far behind. Not just about lightening up the streets alone.

Transportation initiatives, varities and options are all on the table and getting needed attention in Lagos State.

Lagos State is spending money and concentrating more on alternatives like water transportation to cable cars and of course the multi billion dollar metro rail system designed to move hundreds of thousands of people per day, that's hundreds of thousands of cars off our roads, less pollution, less gridlock, less stress and more productive hours.

There's no part of public transportation the LASG is not attacking.

They are even redesigning the road networks to ease gridlocks.

They are doing the right thing across the board..

I agree with most of what you said, but Fashola did not build more low cost housing estates than Jakande did, during his tenure as governor. Jakande and Mobolaji Johnson were the state governors who revolutionised the face of housing in Lagos state, till today.

I respectfully disagree, Fashola built more and I have my facts ready and in vivid color. I in fact documented everything right here on NL

In that world it is called conflict of interest considering he is linked to the ruling party that the governor and he are part of. He is also the political godfather of not only the party but the state executives. I can list more crimes he is committing by his access to the state coffers and juicy contracts and assets.

Do you see where I am going about due diligence in contract awards and conflict of interest or you need it explained to your slow brain in the course of several months schooling.

Stop rambling, there is nothing like a conflict of interest anywhere because Tinubu is not a public official and he left public office over a decade ago.

He's free to engage in any legitimate business anywhere under the surface of the earth, including Lagos state, he can even lobby for businesses from Lagos state on behalf of investors and businesses.

Godfather term doesn't exist under the Nigeria constitution, it's a street language people coined by your kind and it has zero bearing under the law.

Look up the definition of conflict of interest before spewing your ipob ignorance on the internet.

Yes, o.....and Ambode has not constructed a single low-cost housing estate since he became governor. This same factor worked against Fashola when he contested for a second-term as governor, because JK Randle tackled him on it.

Jakande did great in his time, but Fashola is still the best and the most accomplished governor in the history of Nigeria.

Ambode is doing OK, but not good enough per Lagos standard and at this stage during Fashola's admin, Fashola was commissioning multiple projects per day, from waterworks to power plants, hospitals, maternity centers, skills acquisition centers, largest court building in Nigeria, shopping centers, roads, bridges including still the best bridge in Nigeria, the Lekki Ikoyi bridge, markets, Rice mill, Lagos state police command center, LAWMA infrastructure loading zones and equipment and buiolding up agencies like LASEMA, LASAA, housing estates and so on.

Fashola revamped and almost completed Lagos Metro Rail that Jaconde was denied 30 years before and that projects remain the largest public works project in Africa today.

Fashola actually built more housing estates than Jakande many times over, but funny enough, Fashola did all that with half of Ambode's budget.
