PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 11:12pm On Oct 16, 2011
How honest and how much integrity have northern leaders being/shown in their piloting of the national affairs and even to their own people? You do not need education to be honest.
The is not only about the leaders from North, let us concentrate more on developed north and educated northerners.
Next time you travel out of the country, please try to strike a business deal with a foreigner as an Hausa man and then as Igbo or Yoruba man. Please record your experience.
PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 11:03pm On Oct 16, 2011
@South-East: I can assure you that you do not know as much I know about Nigeria or Nigerians, world wide. Guarantee.
PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 11:00pm On Oct 16, 2011
You still have not answered the question. How has northern rulers, all of whom have been educated, differentiated themselves from southern rulers?
I've answered your question. See below:
There is a big difference when a whole village is educated from when 4 of 5 people are the only educated individuals in the village.
Education and development will open the eyes of northerners, and once this takes place the leadership style of their leaders will also change. And many other great things will follow.
PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 10:58pm On Oct 16, 2011
Please understand that I am not a Nigerian by blood or birth (even though, I have a Nigerian passport).
What I have displayed is based on my experience and what is going on in Nigeria among Nigerians and what is also going on outside Nigeria.

I have no reason to be unfair.
PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 10:52pm On Oct 16, 2011
Mentally: they are stronger
Contentment: they are ok
Honesty: they are stronger than any other tribe in Nigeria
Reliability: they are stronger
Migration: they prefer to stay in Nigeria.
Leadership: they are also stronger
But
Education and development: they are severely lacking esteem in these areas.

A great example was when the capital was moved from Lagos to Abuja. What did you Yorubas and Igbos do? Nothing. I wonder why?

Believe me, an educated and developed North will be overwhelming and may be too powerful in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.

Just watch.
PoliticsRe: A Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 10:33pm On Oct 16, 2011
Sorry guys. I did not mean to step on any toes.
As an outsider, this is my honest assessment and prediction.

Hausa prefer to interact with one another and also have mutual respect for each other , much more than Yoruba vs Yoruba or Igbo vs Igbo. I think it is clear that a natural foundation of greatness among this group of people already exist. Therefore, all that are missing are development and education; which I believe can be established in a very short period of time.
An educated and developed north may be too powerful in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.

Next time you travel out of the country, please try to strike a business deal with a foreigner as an Hausa man and then as Igbo or Yoruba man. Please record your experience.

Hausa will do much better and will be greater in Nigeria with education and development.
PoliticsRe: 15-Year-Old Used Rail Coaches Are "Good Enough" - Fashola by Depilot(m): 10:15pm On Oct 16, 2011
I like Fashola. I think he's still the main reason why many other ACN governors or senators around Nigeria got voted in during the last elections, and not because of anything else.
His latest project is a good one, in fact will be a great way for Nigeria or Lagos state to start a new phase of development. However, every politician in Lagos or Abuja knows that this kind of project during the second term of any governor is a lucrative retirement package.
I mean, the project is good for Lagos, but Oga Fashola will also make money from the project, that will not be traceable. It is certainly inevitable.
PoliticsA Developed And Educated North Is The Last Thing Yorubas And Igbos Want by Depilot(op): 9:51pm On Oct 16, 2011
So far, north and northerners need development and education more than anything else. I honestly think these 2 things are the only missing puzzles for this group of people to be come unstoppable in Nigeria.
Once these missing puzzles come together the Yoruba and Igbo can just forget it.

Development can easily be attained with money, good leadership and dedication
Education can also be attained with endurance, patience and dedication.
But HONESTY and INTEGRITY are priceless, You can not learn or buy these 2 factors.

I also think these 2 factors are very common among northerners more than any other tribe in Nigeria. Therefore, if the missing puzzles are attained and combined with honesty and integrity, sky will immediately become the limit for the northerners in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.

Yorubas and Igbos, watch out!

@Alloy Emeka: If you have time, also check the prostitution ring record among Igbos Or Ibos.

No shame in their game. Anything for money!

Hausa = 100%

Yoruba = 55%

Igbo or Ibo = 2%

When it comes to a serious business and longevity = An Hausa man. Any time any day.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:26pm On Oct 16, 2011
They will do anything to enter the money vault.
Every move/ step is to get to that quick money machine. No sense of longevity.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:24pm On Oct 16, 2011
Unfortunately, Igbos don't do security guard. They will rather be selling tom tom than do security for 15000/month.
You must be from another planet.
The last time I checked, an Igbo man is desperate as usual and very much ready to do anything for money.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:23pm On Oct 16, 2011
As stated earlier, even an Igbo man will not do business with another Igbo.

Don't blame me, this is what these people have done to themselves.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:20pm On Oct 16, 2011
@ Your home where your children and wife reside, can you employ an Igbo man as your security guard?
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:18pm On Oct 16, 2011
That is why Nigeria is still a cesspool. The so called tribe that has supplied over 80% of Nigerian leaders and heads of federal departments. Who are the people stealing money during Abacha and IBB regime?. How many Igbo leaders have been arraigned by EFCC compared to Hausa and Yoruba leaders?. The truth shall set your mind free.
Igbos would have done X 100 times as worse.

Money is not everything for this tribe. They value honesty and integrity more than anything else.
Magnificent group of people and the best friends you can count on.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:11pm On Oct 16, 2011
You can call them uneducated if you want, but the best businessmen in Nigeria remain the Hausa tribe.
They always come correct as long as you're straight forward with them.
100% guarantee; I can put my money on it any time any day.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 9:06pm On Oct 16, 2011
No need to go any further or be ignorant about anything.
You don't have to believe. You just go and do business with an Igbo businessman and I guarantee you that you will get all the references you have been asking for.
Every serious businessman will advise you not to engage in business with this group of people or at least be smart and be very careful doing business with them.
It has been this way for over 40 years.

They will whack their mothers for money; that's the slogan.

This is why names like Otedola, Adenuga and Dangote are listed on Forbes.
Igbo people are too smart for themselves, @ the end of the day they usually can't hold the water that is necessary to maintain a long stretch of being a great/ successful businessmen.
Quick money is mostly their focus in everything, no longevity in their dictionary.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 8:29pm On Oct 16, 2011
More Igbos need Hausa and Yoruba businessmen to make big money in Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 8:28pm On Oct 16, 2011
@asha 80: I hate to burst your bubble; Great successful business men (international) in Nigeria are still mostly Hausas and Yoruba. I do not count stealing oil as doing business.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 8:19pm On Oct 16, 2011
This is widely known
You must not do business with Igbos or Ibos in Nigeria and out side Nigeria.
This group of people don't even want to do business with each another. They are very freaky, shady, shoddy and sneaky in all ages.
PoliticsRe: Prince Alade Oyediran, Ogbomoso Oil Magnate, Murdered by Depilot(m): 7:59pm On Oct 16, 2011
I'm glad I'm not Yoruba or Igbo or Hausa.
But from what I know, a good percentage of Igbo people can kill their mother for money.
I think if you can easily whack the person that carried you in her stomach for 9 months, there is nothing left to say.

PoliticsRe: Fashola Commissions 72 Units Of 3 Bedroom Flats by Depilot(m): 3:58am On Oct 15, 2011
^^^^^^^^And what we are saying is, the ideal is excellent. But special attention should be paid to the way the units are distributed, or else the goal will not be fully accomplished.
The purpose of the project is for all 3 angles to benefit. 1, Lagos state to make money 2, Banks to make money 3, and citizens to have a decent environment to live with their families.
But if a structured distribution method isn't in place, it is a matter of 10 or 15 front-men of corrupt politicians to purchase the entire 72 units. These people have the money and always ready to take advantage of any opportunity that they come across.
72 units for sale is a great opportunity for corrupt politicians, and they will not hesitate to use their power to take advantage.

As usual, we have great ideas in Nigeria, what we do not have is the intelligence and patience to follow the appropriate steps to execute and maintain any project.
