Politics / Re: Buhari Should Take Over The Control Of Efcc Operations by Depilot(m): 8:54am On Jun 21, 2011
@ poster:
I'm 100% with you on this one.

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, please forget giving us light, good schools, good hospitals, employment, it is even ok if you don't improve our infrastructure. Just appoint Buhari to lead EFCC for the next 4 years and Nigerians will cherish you and your legacy for ever and ever.
It is even ok to protect your wife and yourself from being tagged by Buhari, we understand, but kindly allow Buhari to go to work and bring back our great country.
If this happens immediately other great thing will follow without any delay.
This purpose was the only reason why Buhari wanted to be elected as our president in the first place.
So, if this happens, my friends our country will immediately get a fresh start; Simply because Buhari is tough, disciplined, fair and understands how badly corruption needs to be tackled in this country.

Buhari will go back as far as 30 years to get and return what belongs to this great nation.

And I also agree that if this should happen, a great number of current and former politicians will take an emergency vacation.

I think this will be great for this country, in fact it will be the greatest thing that has ever happened to this country for the past 50 years.

Again, my friends, there is nothing better than appointing Buhari (a former military man) who clearly understands how badly greedy pigs (politicians) have killed the presence and future of this great nation.

Of course, 99.99% of nigerian politicians will rather die to see this to become real. And this is the main reason why GEJ should give us this priceless gift, we need nothing else.

Funny enough, I think Buhari will get 100% support of all Nigerians if he's appointed.

Let it happen today, tomorrow may be too late.
Travel / Re: Oga Tinubu Buys Bellview Airline With Picture as Asiwaju Gets His Name In Forbes by Depilot(m): 11:46am On Jun 09, 2011
Tinubu continues to flex his muscle @ EFCC because he knows who killed Bola Ige and a couple of other top government officials.
Therefore, Tinubu will not be touched simply because he has too much info to reveal if he's arrested. So, for now he's covered. But for how long? Nobody knows.
I think it is a matter of time for him to be brought down.
Politics / Re: Steps That Will Show Whether Jonathan Will Be An Effective And Efficient Leader by Depilot(m): 6:51am On May 31, 2011
@Poster: I agree.
Our problems in this country are very obvious. Nobody is expecting Jonathan to perform miracle, but if certain drastic moves are not made within the first 2 months, we can all forget it, it will be another unreasonable and painful ride for the next 4 years.

I personally was expecting Jonathan's inauguration speech to be a bit more aggressive, focused and mostly directed to certain key points, but as usual nothing was special about it. He sounded as if the speech was delivered to him a couple of days right before May 29th.

But nevertheless, let us all give him a chance and pay additional attention to these first 2 months in the office.

Trust me, it doesn't take much to point out a skunk right in the middle of the farm.
Politics / How Pdp Can Quickly Recover by Depilot(m): 2:14pm On May 10, 2011
First of all, the only hope PDP as a part has is Goodluck Jonathan. He is the only entity that can quickly rescue this party; however, he is also the best individual to bury this already injured party (half dead) forever.

1. Jonathan can rescue this party by publicly denouncing all old PDP poison, eg: Obasanjo, Bode George, Atiku and others. He must discover the best way to make all these old politicians irrelevant.

2. Jonathan can rescue PDP by going after and successfully prosecuting the obvious corrupt PDP leaders, eg: Gbenga Daniel, Akala and others.

3. Jonathan can rescue PDP by going after and successfully prosecuting the AC N money bank (Tinubu). It is clear that 99% of the country knows that Tinubu represents one of the biggest thief in Nigeria. The dude doesn't steal at night, he steals during the day time and very much proud of it. If Jonathan is successful in disabling Tinubu, while he embraces Fashola for his great performance in Lagos state, I think with time AC N will be exposed and dissolved.

4. Jonathan can rescue PDP if he sincerely opens up and allows the talented new generation to contribute toward the development of this nation. Getting the future of this nation involved @ all levels will send a positive message to all Nigerians.

5. Finally, Jonathan can rescue PDP if he is able to improve power supply in Nigeria by just 85% before the end of 2014.

Valueless leaders must be rejected at all cost. We must all realize that the diff btw PDP, AC N or CPC isn't much. These parties are being controlled by people with the same mentality.
If we want a new Nigeria we must completely
abandon our defective system and allow disciplined people with new ideas to take control.

Pls note that AC N selection style (Godfatherism) is a method that is indirectly designed to continue to degrade the level of our democracy in Nigeria (by enemies of progress).
It makes no sense to think AC N is a better party; instead, we must continue to fight for a better system and competent leaders with great ideas.
Politics / Re: Outgoing Gbenga Selling Govt Cars Illegally by Depilot(m): 11:28am On May 03, 2011
Believe it people. OGD is known not only to be a selfish lunatic, but also a greedy pig.

All his moves for the past 6 months is only to cover his evil ways and corruption practice for the past 8 years. Something tells me that the dude may end up eating beans very, very soon. One of the scapegoats Goodluck will use to send his message to Nigeria: "this era will not be business as usual".
Politics / Re: How Did Ribadu Perform During The Presidential Debate? by Depilot(m): 11:14am On Mar 20, 2011
I will like to grade all 3 candidates, or should I say 4 candidates?

1. Buhari, not really, he got 55 percent.

2. Ribadu, definitely no; he failed again. Ribadu once again forgot that the debate wasn't about Nuhu Ribadu, it was all the way about Nigeria and all Nigerians. His ego, ignorance and arrogance were all fighting with one another through out the debate. His performance indicated that this man wants power more than anything else.
He got 40 percent (all because we expected more from him, but allowed Ribaduism to knock him down as usual; he should have been a little bit more prepared or smarter than what he brought to the table).

3.The governor of Kano State did very well. He obeyed the rules, he answered all questions calmly like a true leader, he spoke clearly and with confidence. His plans and strategies are well structured and the most realistic of all. He exhibited maturity, professionalism and leadership at it's best. A great example for the younger generation. In fact, I was surprised, I honestly did not know that such leader still existed in Nigeria. I think he's more promising and will accomplish more. He got 90 percent.
(Ribadu should listen to the advise given to him by his friend's, El Rufai)

4. Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan Goodluck was too scared and did not have enough confidence to come out to present his plans to the voters, on how to manage things as the next leader. He did not show up (an insult to all Nigerians). He got -00.00 percent.

A leader that finds it very difficult or unnecessary to come out to debate to identify problems and the best way to tackle them has no business contesting for presidential position.
Only a f00lish man that wants nothing better for this country will vote for Jonathan, a man that can not communicate his plans to the voters.
Politics / Celebrating The Release Of Bode G Represents A Dark Moment In Nigeria by Depilot(m): 12:25am On Mar 01, 2011
Please tell me that this isn't happening. Did you see Obasanjo, Gbenga Daniel and other shameless m0therfuckerrs who have turned this country to a hell box celebrating the down fall of this nation? They have made the future of this country a very dark tunnel.
There isn't any other perfect way to embrace corruption and encourage f00lishness.
I pray that Nigerians will wake up one day, join hands and emulate all that is going on in Libya, Egypt and Yemen; because all these heartless thieves are here to stay.
Politics / Re: Remi Tinubu Set For Senate by Depilot(m): 9:12pm On Jan 11, 2011
Do you know the size of land in Lagos that belongs to Tinubu that he did not purchase? Do you know the percentage of Lagos state tax fees that goes directly to Tinubu?

Please learn 1 or 2 things about these people before you cast your vote.
Lagos state is cool, but Tinubu still represents what is terribly wrong with this country, don't let us fool ourselves or allow what is put in place in Lagos to keep us quiet.

Let us try a new direction by identifying what others can do for this great state.
Politics / Re: Remi Tinubu Set For Senate by Depilot(m): 7:28pm On Jan 11, 2011
Pls let us all slow down and do not rush into electing just anybody or everybody to represent us. Just because you have a popular name doesn't automatically give you the qualifications to represent us.

We must identify your capabilities, qualifications, background and past record. This is the only way we can move forward in Nigeria.

To be honest with you, I think Tinubu is only preparing his wife for the big cake, which is to become the governor of Lagos State in 2015. Then one of his brothers or son will take over from his wife. Lagos is a great state and Nigerians are incredible people, Lagos doesn't belong to 1 family, others too should be given opportunity to make use of their knowledge or skill to develop this great state.

I'm not saying you shouldn't elect Remi Tinubu, but must not give her an automatic election, we must must listen and identify what others can bring to the table.

I personally, think there is a better candidate out there to represent Lagos state with style and integrity.
Politics / Re: Describe Atiku In A Sentence by Depilot(m): 10:34pm On Jan 08, 2011
He may be a thief, Ashawo, and bisexual, but do not let us forget that he is a real politician, a great business man, loyal to his country and his friends, sensible and civilized.

I honestly don't know much about the dude, but for anyone to go through what he went through when he was Obasanjo's VP and still bounced back, he has my respect. Not every Nigerian is sensible to handle things the way Atiku did when he was Obasanjo's VP.

Politics / Re: Is GEJ Secretly Working Together With Atiku To Defeat Buhari? by Depilot(m): 11:28pm On Jan 07, 2011
Now that Jonathan continues to show Nigerians by every second that he isn't capable of effectively and efficiently leading this nation, I think it's time for everyone to put the personal issues aside, let go the sentiment, open our minds and be true to ourselves.
Among all our leaders for the past 30 years Buhari still remains the only one with the best record. During his short period as our president we experienced a better Nigeria, stronger laws and disciplined Nigerians in general.
He's simple, disciplined, focused, tough and has the experience we need at this time to effectively move this nation forward.

Our problems in Nigeria are very obvious and solutions to them are even straight forward, but finding the right leader to initiate these solutions becomes clearly impossible for more than 30 years.
I honestly feel that what we are currently experiencing among the PDP and the bombing is a great opportunity (wake up call) for all Nigerians to come to realize the importance of electing the right leader and not just any leader that shares the same village with our parents.

Regardless of our personal differences on some issues, we must immediately forget the sentiment and call a spade a spade and not diamond.
What I have seen and experienced lately has opened up my eyes; Buhari is the only candidate that is directly affiliated to Nigeria (Jonathan is affiliated to OBJ and Atiku is also affiliated to IBB) and will fight/work very hard for you and I.

The value of a sentiment is the amount of sacrifice you are prepared to make for it. I'm not here trying to push Buhari into your throat, but you should take a time out and think about it.

@poster:

Politics / Re: Buhari Likely To Win Under Free And Fair Election - John Campbell by Depilot(m): 2:17pm On Jan 07, 2011
Of course, when you have people like Naijaman, Maga and Biggy b1 on Buhari's side and making sense, I think without rigging Buhari will win the election in a very big way.

1. Jonathan continues to show everybody that he is unable to lead anything.
2. Discipline is needed in Nigeria more than anything else, and it is on the record that the only president that has even brought us closer to disciplined environment is Buhari.
3. Buhari know s 1 or 2 things about leadership roles in a country full of uncivilized leaders and followers.
4. Buhari is the only candidate that isn't connected with any of our troubles from the past (Obasanjo and Babangida).
5.Jonathan knows nothing about our constitutions, therefore, expecting him to enforce them will be a total f00lishness. Buhari on the other hand will do everything to enforce/empower our constitutions from A to Z.

I say tomorrow may be too late, together let us bring real change and a new light that will lead us toward the right path.

Obviously, he is doing someone's dirty job

Politics / Re: Buhari Likely To Win Under Free And Fair Election - John Campbell by Depilot(m): 11:35pm On Jan 06, 2011
Jonathan has far more popularity  with the youth and also a much stronger and more widely reaching (to all parts of Nigeria except the "core North"wink campaign

@PhysicsHD
What are you smoking?
Where is your location?
And when was the last time you were in Nigeria for more than a month?

'Cos you're very wrong, brother!

Jonathan has been struggling among all ages everywhere in Nigeria. Even people from his village are beginning to wonder about the dude.

If you don't know is ok, but don't extend your ignorance to others.
Politics / Re: We(north) Don't Need You(south) To Rule-atiku by Depilot(m): 5:59pm On Jan 06, 2011
Even though, the statement is not too far from the truth, but I do not think Atiku could be desperate enough to make such a statement.
Do not underestimate Atiku. He understands politics, he's smart and very knowledgeable when it comes to winning.

Do not let us forget that he stepped aside to make way for MKO and pretty much lifted Obasanjo from dust straight to Aso Rock.
It is still a solid fact that if it was for Atiku Obasanjo would have been a broke man and an irrelevant old man in our society today.

Atiku has real powerful loyal supporters behind me while Jonathan is decorated with nothing but large number of psychophants.

Yes, when it comes to technicality an Igbo president has no chance. It isn't right, but it is a fact.
And I believe that was the purpose of Zoning in the first place.
Politics / Re: Muhammadu Buhari by Depilot(m): 5:39pm On Jan 05, 2011
The only set back at this point is, Buhari doesn't have enough money to fight this war, but I was told that help is on the way. Something should happen before the end of this week.
We always knew from start that Dr. Uncle Joe is a Joke and that was the only reason why he got the VP spot in the first place.
We need a leader and not a follower.
Politics / Re: Muhammadu Buhari by Depilot(m): 5:36pm On Jan 05, 2011
1. With the ACN alliance Buhari will win the 6 states of the Southwest.
2. Because of the Niger Delta connection Joe boy will win 4 states of the south south, losing EDO to buhari due to the Oshiomole factor.
3. The South east will be split between them because APGA and PPA will never vote for PDP and they are assured of at least 3 states in the coming election.
4. IF Buhari works harder he will win Kogi and Kwara in the North Central because as i am writing this the elder saraki is out to prove a point to PDP.5. The core northern states of Kano, Sokoto, Bornu, Katsina, and Zamfara, will all go to Buhari, whatever happens in the remaining northern states is unknown for now.

In fact at the rate at which PDP is falling apart, i sense a Buhari landslide in the making
.

Your analysis is very correct.
Politics / Re: Muhammadu Buhari by Depilot(m): 5:23pm On Jan 05, 2011
As much as I hate to call my brothers and sisters f00lish, f00ls, blindsl@ves, I'm not sure if I can take it any more.
HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!Again, ain't you guys tired of being 4ucked face down?
What exactly is it going to take for you guys to wake up, a big bang on the head? I do not understand why we continue to have the same discussion over and over. What exactly is wrong with our heads? Are we this silly?
It is obvious that most people on this site haven't been to Nigeria in a very long time, and your 2 wks vacation doesn't count.
Do you know that now that Buhari is finally getting our attention Obasanjo, babangida and others are scared to death? Isn't this our prayer or not? So, what is wrong with us, Nigerians? Are we that scared of greatness or what?

Main problems on the ground: Lack of discipline, Corruption, Illicitness and Bad leadership
How to move forward: Simply disable Obasanjo and his gangsters, and also do the same to Babangida and his gangsters. If this is not done, we will definitely be wasting our time for a very long time, in fact, we might as well set the entire country on fire because nothing will work or change.
Whether we like/believe it or not, please do not ever forget that Goodluck=Obasanjo and Atiku=Babangida. For the love of God and for a change and for once in our life, let us snatch Nigeria from these criminals and move forward quickly.

Out of the 3 main candidates, Buhari is still the only hope for this country and 99% of our past/current leaders (criminals) will do everything to make sure that Buhari fails. It is now up to us to rescue our country from the blood suckers who are ready to continue to suck our blood forever and ever.

It shouldn't be about anybody, but our future. Wake up people!
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 6:52pm On Jan 04, 2011
The way it looks, this presidential position will be between Atiku, Buhari and Goodluck. Out of the 3, we have a better chance with Buhari. For the first time in many years, Buhari will lead this country toward a different and better direction. Nothing personal, but Jonathan can not do better than what he has displaced to us so far. Atiku will bring too many wahala from the past.
If we want this country to stay together and prosper, Buhari is our man.
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 7:46pm On Jan 03, 2011
The key is, Atiku is affiliated to Babangida.
Goodluck is affiliated to Obasanjo.
Buhari is affiliated to Nigeria.
Once again, Buhari is not a perfect leader, but one thing is certain, unlike other candidates he will bring a real change to the rubbish we've been experiencing for over 30 years and will restore the dignity, pride and respect of this great country very quickly.

Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 5:51pm On Jan 03, 2011
Look guys, this discussion is very simple and it should be left this way.
I do not think Buhari is a perfect leader or Nigerian. The big question is, what is mostly missing in our lives in Nigeria today? Answer is discipline.
Who can bring discipline back? Answer is Buhari.
Why?
Answer is, Buhari or Buhari's administration has
proven to us that discipline is the number 1 priority to achieve anything in Nigeria.

So, why create all these unnecessary complications?
God knows that sometimes I honestly feel that we deserve all these terrible treatments we are getting from our leaders.
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 12:06am On Jan 03, 2011
Furthermore, it will be impossible or a joke more than anything else if you think a civilian leader, who has never be in military (Jonathan) will be successful fooling or trying to disable former military leaders eg Obasanjo, Atiku, Babangida, David Mark, Gasau and others. From 1 or 2 things that I know, nobody else and definitely not Jonathan can disable any of these people.
And disabling them is very necessary to move this country forward.
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 11:49pm On Jan 02, 2011
ased on what records do you believe Buhari will be successful?

Its time to seperate the myths from the facts.
I'm not in a position to judge 'cos I do not know much in general, but common sense tells me that Jonathan will be a waste of time, while Atiku will still bring back trouble from the past.
In Nigeria, we need discipline more than anything else. I just feel that Obasanjo's gang and Babangida's gang must be disabled if we want to move forward in this country. And in my book the only person or the perfect person to get this done quickly without any hesitation is Buhari.
Let's face the fact, Ribadu will even bring more bagages from the past. May be Jonathan or Ribadu can take over later on, but cleaning up the mess on ground can not be done better than Buhari.

Sorry!
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 11:36pm On Jan 02, 2011
I honestly feel that our problem isn't the leaders, in my book our problem is Nigerians.

It isn't difficult to know that there will not be peace if either Jonathan or Atiku wins. May be it isn't a bad idea to start getting ready for America to take over at any time from now.
Politics / Re: Buhari May Just Be The Perfect President We Need In Nigeria At This Time. by Depilot(m): 11:32pm On Jan 02, 2011

If so, I'm starting to think that may be we deserve what politicians have been feeding us.

@Redsun:
Unfortunately, Nigerians are not built to fight; therefore your suggestion is good as dreaming on a mountain.
Our corrupt leaders have designed things in Nigeria to favor them, their families and friends for the next 10 to 20 years. Believe it or not, the only hope for Nigeria is to start praying for a sensible group of Nigerian military to quickly take over with conditions in place.

1. Clean up the house.
2. Modify and enforce our weak constitutions.
3. Conduct a fair election and turn the power over to educated, dedicated, reasonable Nigerians.
4. Share power and monitor the activities of the new government for the next 10 years.

My prediction: Military will return with condition to stay around for may be 10 months. They will clean the house, conduct a fair election and turn power over to real people that mean well for this great country.
Nigeria is a dead spot on African map if this doesn't happen, because our past, current and future leaders are totally determined to suck this nation dry till the end of time.
