Pastor Adeboye did not advice anybody to vote for Buhari. Plus Jonathan also went to RCCG over 4times, why then did people not vote Jonathan because he went to rccg. Anybody is welcomed in the church, not endorsed but welcome. And pastor Adeboye never endorsed Buhari.

Yes. The more you grow, the more time you spend fellowshipping with God. I just used prayer as an example.

As a Christian, it's impossible to be stagnant. If you're not growing, then you're regression. Which is why, you must put all diligence to growing daily. No matter how little, there must be progress.

If you pray for 15mins daily, 3 months ago, you should be doing 30 minutes now. There must be an increase, no matter how small.

When you reach a point that you stop growing, dont be decieved, you've started "backsliding". No room for stagnancy in Christianity. The grace of God be with you all. Take heed.

Depression can be crazy something. You can be happy for a whole month, and it just comes back out of the blue. Especially when you're idle.

I see people use the word depression without knowing what it truely entails...people also mistake sadness for depression which baffles me a lot...I suffered depression also and mehn I saw no use being alive anymore..
Depression is having a body that wants to live but a mind that wants to die.
I was going through a lot in my life once and it felt like I should just end the nightmare once..it was like I was afraid of dying but I didn't want to live anymore...I lost motivation to do anything,I hid from the world,I isolated myself and spent my day thinking and crying,I lost the urge to even eat and I lost so much weight,I felt like my life had no meaning...Depression is the deepest point of sadness where you feel it was better you were dead than alive...
Tips that helped me
-I started exercising eg weight lifting, cardio exercise like running and also playing football.
-I started socialising more,going out with friends.
-I started watching funny movies and videos like comedy skits just to boost my mood
-I spoke to my elder brother about it(tho I didn't tell him I was almost suicidal) and he gave me advice and was calling me constantly and we spoke a lot.
-I bought a ps3 with a lot of games in it and played it most time
-I left social media especially Facebook,Instagram(was only on WhatsApp) kos seeing people Happy and living their lives made me more depressed than ever...
Just avoid being alone with your thoughts and you will be fine
