Mercedez benz and bmw are performance cars. They are no match for their japanese counterparts when it comes to driving experience no doubt. The problem is that these later ones keep becoming more and more unreliable(mostly electrical problems). And they are expensive to repair and maintain. What most europeans do is buy them brand new when it is still under warranty and then sell them before their problems become worse. The others dont actually own them, they'll rather lease.

But here for naija most folks are ignorant. If we no buy benz wetin we gain. They will buy these cars and use it as their daily commute in naija . Everybody wan drive benz. If only they knew

It's a very nice and sweet ride when it's fresh.
but are you sure it's not the lack of skill in fixing these European brands?
first time my suspension was touched by a mechanic, that was the beginning of several other issues.
as for me, I will always follow the herd from now on.
at least there is protection there and lots of people to share information with.

I am not doubting the fact that houses can be cheap.
But I'm sure u know that there's more to life than buying houses.

it's a great deal for those that are working close-by or for those business owners that can easily relocate, If it's not a scam.
but to tell someone that wants a car that he must first get a house irrespective of his current priorities and/or where he works plain selfish and insensitive.
the way I see it, you are not concerned about helping anybody, you are just after ur agent fees or is it agent fee free?
but all mallam with his kettle! some people will buy into ur idea and out of those people some people will regret it later and some will be happy afterwards.

my former boss recently resigned because she couldn't cope anymore.
husband got a deal for a house at OTA some years ago. after some months of coming to the island from OTA she decided that the stress was much and started squatting with a friend at okota during weekdays. alas, that wasn't still enough as it meant the husband will make do with what the househelp provides and she also had kids. 2years down the line, she has resigned to join the husband in business.
some people might see this as a bad thing but it's 2sided, she left a job paying her up to 750k to stay at home with the children.
on the bright side, she can now actively participate in the family affairs. I just hope the husband is OK with her coming to the house full time.

but when there is a slight fish stink, messy will definitely change the atmosphere of the room.

cream; well just make sure the temperature is alright. too hot and it'll just be too messy, too cold and it'll dry up anytime u pull out for more than 2secs and becomes flaky.

This ride is really clean, especially the boot.
Wish I could trade in my E350, it is just a bundle of problems!

From immobilizer to suspension to mpg, I am just tired.
Do you accept hire purchase?
I have to travel to my village this Xmas and my Benz is too fragile for that trip.
