My decision on Russia is a very simple one. I am in the process of negotiating Peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine, and don’t want to do anything that will drive, foolishly, Russia away from the bargaining table.

Great progress is being made, and that includes current hostage negotiations! Signing that document at this time will do that, and I can sign it later, or any time that I want! Perhaps more importantly, Russia is doing very little, if anything, to help the Islamic Republic of Iran, compared to what they could be doing, and I want to keep it that way, and will, unless stupid people get in the way.

Lastly, Zelenskyy is using Diesel Refineries in Russia as a target, knowing that these attacks are seriously hurting the world diesel markets, including those in the United States. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses of all kinds are suffering greatly from this, but Russia is, nevertheless, sending, at a low price, millions of barrels of diesel to the World.

Zelenskyy doesn’t care, and frankly, with all of the money that Europe is famously giving him, and that Crooked Joe Biden gave him in the past, he doesn’t want to end this war, and probably never did.

He could have made a better deal two years ago than he can now. His country is in shambles, a large portion of his land is lost, his oceans and seas are gone, and his male population is low, wounded, and/or dead.

US senator calls Iran war a ‘national humiliation’ and a ‘debacle’


US Democrat Senator Chris Murphy has called the US’s war against Iran a “national humiliation”.

In a post on X, Murphy said, “It’s making us less safe and driving up prices on everything.”

He claimed US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth denied him access to US military bases and leaders during a visit to the Middle East to “hide the truth”.

Murphy said, “This war is not working, we are losing.”

He added, “There is a cover up campaign underway right now, so the American people don’t see the actual cost of this war.”

He said that there had been substantial damage, running into billions of dollars at US bases in the Gulf and demanded transparency about the destruction caused by the Iran war.

“Not a single member of Congress is allowed in [to US bases] to see that damage because Trump doesn’t want Americans to know what a debacle this has been,” Murphy said.

You forgot to mention that it was so easy and convenient for the said passengers to "force" their way through the cockpit of the plane when you cannot actually do that from the outside once it is locked from the inside, except with heavy weaponry.

And the purported Omani pilot who was supposed to be a professional killer was so foolish to stab the lead pilot in positions of the body that were less instant life threatening when he could have conveniently excused himself from his seat to pee, then step behind the pilot and slit his throat in less than a second.

I had thought about the bolded too. After the 9/11 attacks, the civil aviation industry made cockpit security and access control so strict that no passenger and even no cabin crew member can enter the cockpit during flight without proper authorization. So how those passengers managed to gain access to the cockpit is what I don’t understand.

Even the cabin crew who attend to passengers need during flight can't gain access to the cockpit they can only use interphone to communicate with the pilots flying the plane and even if they must see the pilots there are strict procedures in the plane like checks and all before a cabin crew member can get into the cockpit.

All these security checks were put in place after the 9/11 attacks.

After the stabbed pilot had been stabbed who opened the cockpit? Was it the pilot who stabbed his co-pilot or was it the same pilot who was stabbed.
