Israel and America have been killing civilians since the beginning of the war. The first salvo fired by US/Israel killed over 157 school children. Over 2000 have been killed in Iran and they are mostly civilians.

I feel Iran would stop the war 14 days from now max. It is running out of missiles, and at that point, wring out a very good deal from the US which might also involve some financial compensation.

How did you know Iran is running out of missiles? This country had been preparing for this for decades. They don't have to launch barrage like they did when the war started, they did that just to overwhelm US/Israel Ads. Now that most of the Intel, radar and early warning systems in the middle east have been degraded one or two missiles are scoring devastating kills now. You can see the Iranian missile that dodged Israel's interceptor midair over Dimona. What an epic technology from the Iranians.
