I will love it so much if a law that will enforce these so called private schools in Nigeria to obey minimum wage is enacted.Many of these school owners are greedy and self centered.Many of them can afford to pay their teachers reasonable amounts but prefer to pump the money realised into establishing another schools or other businesses at the expense of their employees' welfares.Many of them do the way they like since there is no law checkmating their activities.

As a matter of fact, I schooled in the very superstitious town of Ile-Ife, which means that I have heard even more fantastic stories than all you have written here. On the contrary, you are the one not doing enough critical thinking. You are simply being wowed by things that have perfectly natural explanations, but you haven't bothered to investigate because you just WANT to believe they're indeed supernatural. See, we all get wowed from time to time when we see things that do not conform to our everyday experience. However, you should learn to engage your mind critically and try to UNDERSTAND what makes that thing seem the way it is. As jayriginal submitted earlier, if you are unable to get an explanation, or you fail to understand it at that moment, you should file it under "unresolved", and NOT "supernatural". Trust me, there's always an explanation. Always! No matter how extraordinary that experience might seem.

In case you're not aware, there has been this huge prize money since 1964 for anyone who can prove or demonstrate the existence of the supernatural. It's called the One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge. Guess what? Many people like you have come forward with various claims and have tried to DEMONSTRATE these so-called powers in a controlled environment -- over 1000 people in 40 years. Needless to say, every single one of them has failed spectacularly.

Now don't tell me you don't need the money. Even if you don't need it, you still stand a lot to gain by successfully CONVINCING the whole world that the supernatural or paranormal exists. emmanbol: I keep telling folks christianity isnt religion. I agree religion has brought us backward and made us to be lazy but christ actually came to separate true nature of man from religion. @Bolaino.Am really happy with this ur thread becoz this topic is also what am contemplating on presently.U see, if not the issue of this Supernatural abilities, i would have become an atheist.Presently,i don't go to any religious gathering becoz i don't believe in the so called holy books again after i discovered many absurdities,blunders and illogicallities in them.But the truth is that some experiences have shown me that there are some higher forces above natural forces operating in this universe.I have experimented the claims of visioneers and i confirm that a supernatural force is really behind their abilities.For example, i had a motor accident in 2008 along Ibadan -lagos express road. The accident claimed the lives of 16 passengers in the bus,it was only one man and i that survived the accident.Now,in the course of doing my experiment on the authenticity in the ability to see vision,i realise that vision is real and it is beyond natural endowment.Many of these visioneers revealed many secret things about my personal life which i never told them.I wonder how visioneers could make perfect reference to the accident i escaped in 2008 without being told.Apart from this,i also used random sampling method for these visioneers inorder to discover their tricks,but their spirits proved me wrong.

I don't think they are the same thing.I wonder at times how Yaweh of old testament who is delighted in killing individuals and nations that oppose his will,could suddenly become a loving Father of Jesus who does not tolerate shedding of blood.Yahweh potrayed himself as a tribal god who is only interested in the welfare of Israelites whereas the Father,Jesus refers to in his teachings seems to have interest in all humankind.Now,this is my opinion:To say Yaweh is the same as the Father of Jesus,is to say Yaweh has improved on his characters over the centuries.The implicatiion of this is that Yaweh is not a perfect god.
