He was never healthy...
Over the years has got an indolent yet evolving mental issues which lately started affecting his physical health which is the manifestation we are seeing now. Go and read up Personality disorders.
He suffers Cluster B personality disorder ( Narcissistic type).
He has quickly evolved into the borderline type ..
Fast becoming maniac. He needs rehabilitation.
However, most Narcissistic people would reject help because of grandiosity, pride / self-aggrandizement.
Personality disorder will not make him look like this.
That's a mental health issue.
I mean he is sick like somebody that have kidney disease. That man look so dry and sick up there.
Unless the picture is fake.

Many Nigerians have unidentified mental health problems because we don't take mental health serious.
Almost all those people who say they see visions like herbalist, pastors, man's etc are schizophrenic. It's a serious mental health challenge.

If what you studied is not gonna get you employed, change route provided you don't have paper problem
Eg, you can apply for train driver apprentice training, go through all the tests and enter, once you enter, look for an opening for what you studied as you climb along or better continue as a driver.
It's lots of money and stable job.

It's cheaper cos it just come from neboring countries of UK.
With a day wage for some people, you can buy full goat and freeze.
Also uk make the best deals with countries as regards food by subsidising it.
Food is very cheap in uk.

I once had a colleague from Poland that said seedless grapes are cheaper in uk than her country yet uk import from them.
I don't know if that's true as I don't live there.

In Lagos it is called titus.
SE calls scumbia. This is from my experience living in both regions. I used mackerel just to sound enlightened, else I tilt towards TITUS most times grin.

I have only seen 2 species in Nigeria. The fake and original. Hahaha! The fake isn't common in Lagos. You will instead see other types of everyday fish like panla (hake) and shawa (herring).
Scombridae is the correct name. We just call it scumbia grin
Mackerel is generic name.
Family is scombridae.

Is there a fake?
It's just another species of mackerel.
That one called fake.....
There are a lot to talk about those fishes.

I remember we reached many pages cos almost everybody was like I am wrong, even when I snapped a box in my freezer to show them the name. cheesy

Cousin9999:
1.) East Asians do not have a low-carb diet. They eat a lot of rice and noodles.
2.) They also eat a lot of fatty pork and high cholesterol organ meat.
3.) They consume excessive amounts of sugar and salt.
4.) Asians also drink a lot of alcohol. Their culture even basically forces them to do it, for example, they feel pressured to binge drink if their boss buys them alcohol.
5.) They eat a lot of fried food.
6.) Asians have high rates of diabetes. They also have high rates of stomach cancer because they eat so many fermented things.
7.) Asians are skinny mainly because of starvation diets, walking more (when they live in their country), smaller portions, social pressure (mental abuse), and poverty.
8.) I hesitate to take nutrition advice from a group of people that is very short and doesn't seem to be that physically strong.
You don't know what you are talking about.
World health indices is what you use to .easure these. Morever, the portion an average Chinese man will eat is testing spoon for us. Google rice bowl and what you will see is tiny bowl. So it's small % of carb. As per noodles, check what they use in making their noodles. I eat all manner of east Asian noodles but I can never finish one packet cos I will stuff it with loads of protein and veggies. I used to post noodles on food sections.
If I want to lose weight, I go on noodle diet.
China has high rate of diabetes not because of rice but salt and sugar. They cook with sugar.

In IQ, they lead. Your IQ is determined by what you feed your brain. No wonder we are below par cos we load our brain with carbs only.
The number one country with the best meal plan is Japan and they have the highest life expectancy after Hong Kong followed by south Korea all in east Asia.
Have you see korean food. Noodles come from these people yet, we don't prepare noodle as they do.

If I have the time and energy, I will tell you more. These are countries I have researched for years and follow their meal plan for my family

Look at those two dishes.
One is Nigerian jollof rice.
No veggie,
Less than 10% protein

The second is called bibimbap. A popular Korean rice dish.
Can you spot the rice?
Did you see the veggies, can you see the plant protein and animal protein.
We can eat the two dishes from morning till night but the korea dish is well balanced and healthy while ours lack loads of nutrients and very unhealthy.

I decided to answer only 2. The rest is unnecessary

Even in Nigeria there are two types being sold in the market. One is smaller and cheaper. People keep calling it "fake". How can fish be fake bikonu?

The person that called mackerel sufferhead doesn't deserve a response. It is nutritious and we should be worried at how expensive fish is becoming in Nigeria.
cheesy cheesy cheesy

They dont know there are different species of mackerel.
We only use 2 I think. Mackerel is a generic name given to all the species of that family and they are many diff types of them. (We once had a heated argument here one time when people insisted tye name is titus. I was like wtf)
Please pardon him.

But our people dey try o.
Back then at home and I think it's still the same, we call it scumbia. Nobody call it mackerel. When I left igboland, I heard people calling it titus huh

My brother i understands what he is saying. A lot of people last year struggled and couldn't meet their fees deadline. Study route is all about money.

U see guys crying why they stepped out and everyone running here and there for jobs. Omo it was not funny at all. I was scared at some point not to lose my kids because the rent money became an issues at some points. Because when u can't provide for your kids who are minors the government will take them from u.

It only takes the grace of God. Any one that graduate successfully need to thank God because the mental stress alone. They bully from ur school. The portal they shot and u couldn't submit assignment. Etc.

Its not easy bro

Its a miracle i scale through forget
I know it's not easy but don't blame the system instead look for what the system needs and look for ways to meet the demand.
There is still very high demand in health care.
Secondly, we look down on some handiwork yet they pay more than cert eg mechanic work, driver especially taxi. The Nigerian pride will not allow us do taxi job or mechanic. What will I tell home people. I have interviewed these people and honestly, if I had a choice now, I will forget my cert and become a driver. What of rail driver. Do you know that they take home more than band 8 nurse in some units and how many years will it take one to reach band 8? You may never reach 7 not to talk of 8.
Nursing is one of the least paid jobs in uk but readily available. Don't forget that blacks lose their pins for flimsy reasons more than any race every year.

Most time when I come across new immigrants, I usually lecture and advice them cos when uou miss it, it will take time for you to navigate back again and start afresh.

If you are not in the system, you will never know how it works. For every 1 person that said it didn't work for him, 9 are doing perfectly well.
That one person didn't tell you where he got it wrong.

Well, this is good. Finding a cheap city and finding good work in THAT city.
Years ago, when I lived in UK, I lived in my university city which was cheap~ £180 a month
But my salary no pass, £500 a month (part time) + transport + feeding, gas... So money still finish.
I wanted to reduce transport fee to work, so when I graduated and moved to work city.
But, Higher rent, higher gas, higher electricity and visa processing was still there, plus another course fees again to hang on.
Wife came with ALL her certificates, EVERYTHING, dem no gree give her pass factory worker...
We were bleeding money.
So we left, before visa expire and they start showing us on NTA news.
You studies a course that they don't need.
Your wife also came with certs that are not needed.

The mistake most of u make is coming to uk to study rubbish courses and expect to be employed with that.
In Nigeria, masters in any engineering courses may be a hot cake but not in uk.
Even in IT, they have Britons, Chinese and Indians to employ first before you as they are guru in that field.

If your wife had come with with health related cert, she will be a hot cake.
Till date, people still make the same mistake. Then turn around and blame the system.

We are very ungrateful bunch when we don't have our way.
And even if you and your wife are working in warehouse, u can still pay your bill and navigate your way around.
I guess the pick money on the street syndrome or else lose hope affected you.
No patience.
It's still Nigerians that started roughly like you and still made it.

Look at African social media, what do you see? Women, men, sex, gossip, entertainment and many distractions. Education and thinking is pushed behind.
If you happen to go to school in any western country, Nigerians are very easy to recognise amongst the teaming students. They are all about fashion fashion fashion.
You look at students from other continents and shake your head. Even those that just left Nigeria to that school will change accent overnight.
Meet them at place of work, it's always quarrel and fight. See people from other continents, they are their brothers keeper. We love fake life so much cos we are not satisfied with who we are.

The main issue is that there's agreement that Fubara will conduct LGA before the expiration of the present ones and it's expected that the chairmen will be reelected thereby continuing Wike structure from councilorship to state governor but Fubara reneged and wanted to put caretakers.
Wike sensed that Fubara is trying to dismantle his structure from local government level and he plotted his removal by the HOA
Unfortunately, not all the Assembly Members agree like House leader (Ehie) who leaked the plot to Fubara..otherwise, Fubara won't have known until he's removed from office.
The real issue now is..
1. Those former LGA chairmen and others feel that Fubara owes them because naira they work for his election..and now Fubara want to take away their source of livelihood

We eat more than 80% carbohydrate per meal. We can't even compare.
We don't even have proteins. Only animal protein and beans which is more of carb. Normal every meal veggies like carrots, we will rather wait till we make fried rice. We even prefer raw carrot when cooked carrot is what we needed. We need nutritionists to plan our meals. Japan did it.
