luvinhubby:The most annoying part is even the senators in highly developed countries (specifically, the U.S) earn just one-tenth of the salaries of their Nigerian counterpart. It's too bad. |
Read these excerpts carefully 1. Many other persons were said to have been injured when another bomb was fired by the military jet near Giwa barracks. About 7 persons were killed in a house near Moduganari Street where the Air Force jet fighting the Boko Haram terrorists dropped a bomb. many civilians were reportedly killed by stray bullets and Air Force jet bombings. Now, you are reading these while some are mourning their lost loved ones in their homes. If you are one of those berating Jonathan for not going in hard on the Boko Haram, I hope you can see why caution must be excercised. The people who died are citizens like you are, but you have spared them no consideration. You have failed to see some have properties and families in their ancestral homelands that these insurgents are raiding. If you still hold GEJ in contempt for being unwilling to hasten the extermination of these insurgents, your patriotism is in question. |
9jatriot:There is corruption in the system, Yes. But Nigeria is growing surely. The country's output is multiplying and these developments are nothing compared to what would have been, if not for the 469 idiots mopping up our funds in the name of National Assembly. |
Justfollowit:Hahaha.. Very myopic indeed. It is due to these crimes that GEJ refused to order an all-rounder against Boko Haram. Odi town is still reeling from Obasanjo's soldiers attack on them in 1999. Obasanjo was found guilty, paid #37bn to them from the federal purse and is still roaming the streets freely. And here you are, talking about crimes against humanity. Go and hunt the real culprits. |
Who is 'Mr Jonathan'? The President? The moderator who moved this to frontpage and the OP should be flogged for such a near-incomprehensible article. |
Rextayne:Seems your brain is stuck on 'replay'. |
It's obvious |
So, the lesson is...? |
It is all about the strength of the party, not the strength of the candidate. Besides, why should Christians produce a 'Buhari' with his 'inconvenient' past and 'lowly' present? 'Coup plotter' - The bible speaks against this. Respect must be shown to authorities. 'SSCE scandal' - Just like the five foolish virgins. Came to the celebrations with no oil in their lamps. Best the Christians didn't produce a 'Buhari'. |
Now, it is 'God bless our Military'. If they had lost, it would be 'Jonathan this.. Jonathan that'. Not to speak of the goat who was quick to call the soldiers' triumph with their sweat and blood 'a lie'. APC properties. Biased properties. |
Well, CNN did air false news about Nigeria not so long ago right? |
True? |
The senator aspirant or his supporters? Be truthful for once. All these misinformation never helps. |
Hmmm.. |
Marriage under pressure. Even if the person feels right, being unprepared ruins many things. |
Male celebrities and 'baby-mamas' though. |
Mumu.. See as dem deceive your destiny join. |
Hmm.. Sweet Tea.. |
^^^^ And GEJ should be blamed for not studying hard enough to merit good grades? |
She's wealthy? |
barcanista:Expected. That's the bias I speak of. You only understand one language in politics these days. |
Rendition:Unfortunately, this didn't prepare him for the onslaught that arose from his 'dubious' certificate. Perhaps he should have remained in the past, in the military regime. The future is finding him lacking. |
barcanista:Is it about fairness? Tit for tat? Is that the new definition of fairness? I used to believe 'two wrongs don't make a right' but all that definitely doesn't apply to the Nigerian elections, particularly, the 2015 electoral debate. The foundation of your defence was built on bias, hence it is difficult dissociating it as you stipulated thus. |
Why all these noise? Take him to court if you care. Else, allow us focus on making sure a 'probable' SSCE holder doesn't become the face of Nigeria. |
FLAiR80:I'm not in doubt. I know some myself. Still doesn't make you one of those at Baga or Mubi or the likes, fighting the scourge. Boils down to the same thing. None of our business. |
barcanista:Considering you are pro-GMB and in accordance with your reasoning, should anyone, specifically, pro-GEJ supporters take you or your analysis seriously? |
Silly statement from a silly citizen. Your father enjoyed presidential privileges till his reign ended and suddenly, you need the privacy of the common man? You can't have your cake and eat it too. It isn't about your family anymore. It is about Nigerian history. On a second thought, the source is 'Sahara Concocters' |
What would he know about education? Degree holders are talking and 'probable' SSCE holders are talking? What needs change is the 'Nigerian Constitution'. Academic achievements speak volumes in this era. Ph. D vs SSCE.. Chai.. Nothing less than 12 years apart. |
Rikidony: FLAiR80:No need to bristle. Would you recognize an M-16 if you saw one? No? That's because it's not in your line of business. No need acting like you're in your elements there. |
No matter what anyone comments about this, the bottom line is that it isn't our business. It wasn't bought with our consent and it isn't ours to use. No one fighting Boko Haram is here commenting. Hence people should stop fooling themselves by trying to make the weapons purchase (or the lack of it) their business. Those whose comments on this matters are out there in the field. |
