How many people post gifs with almost every post?   People have reported that they are not appreciated, as a result the admin/mod has to act accordingly to deal with the problem. This isn't about a few random gifs but a persistent application of them in a manner that is not appreciated by a significant number of members.

Finally, if any decision is not acceptable to a person, he/she can complain to the admin and if he agrees with the mod's view, the case is closed.

Go through every thread and you will see them engaging in one combat or the other with other nairalanders fueling hate and beef. They can't learn to shut their traps up and will always come back to nag and spew codswallop at every given moment. If this is not stupidity of the highest order i dont know what else can be defined as that. There is no thread that you wont see 2 or more of this stupid members of this click come together to say something intelligent, rather its to hijack a thread and cause confusion, mayhem and fights and most of these gossip mongers listed above will just join into the debate, not to douse the tension but rather to add more fuel to it and run off. What ever created these set of irritating creatures must surely be wondering why he or she goofed to breathe life into them because their stupidity knows no bounds.

If we had more of these kind of posters, nairaland romance will be a better place to visit but when you have a clique of gossip mongering bitchers and troublemakers like those above in every thread, you know the hate will continue! I had to bring out their names to let people know these are the irritating stupid clique spoiling nairaland and if you want the hate to stop, then these bitchers above must have duct tapes around their mouths and fingers!

This is purely speculative by the way.  You posted for several weeks without being banned so I don't think your gifs are solely responsible for you getting banned.  Maybe the events of last week have a lot to do with it.  If chronic defamation of character is a violation of nairaland rules, you may have been banned because of that.  Just think back to whitelexi.

They are fine to some extent.  But if you keep using them in your every other post they become annoying.
Don't use them to dominate your post.  Use them to add expressions to your post every once in a while.
