What is the best Evaluation body for optometry as a professional course (masters equivalent). WES, IQAS?

I added my spouse three and half month after AOR. Below is my timeline
AOR:14th January, 2019 (Single)
MEP/BIL: 26th February, 2019 (single)
Got Married: 29th April, 2019
Submitted Spouse Document: 11th May, 2019... Including upfront medicals
Spouse UCI/update: 14th May, 2019.
Before I got married I discovered via webform that my form was in OVO
My Questions are

1, Will my spouse be required to go and give her biometrics and is there a specific time to expect this?
2,since I have not received PPR, will my timeline (6 Months) still be used by CIC.

TIMELINE:
IELTS – 10/11/17
ECA - 16/11/17
AOR- 22/6/18
MEP- 6/7/18
IP2 -- late July
Got married in August
ADR to add spouse-- 15/8/18
Submitted spouse docs -- 13/9/18
spouse UCI -- 14/9/18
1st Ghost Update - 26/10/18
ADR 2--- 10/1/19
2nd Ghost Update -- 7/3/19
PPR -- 8/3/19

Impposible!! Objection my Lord, Ur CRS should be 444 with LSRW or 8777. Recalculate ur CRS using professional level for education. You are qualified

Please i need your review. I am a lawyer, i am 23 yrs of age and currently serving in the ministry of justice in ine of the southern states of Nigeria. I am planning to apply fo the Express Entry Programme or the PNP . I have just one year experience which is my NYSC. I calulated my CRS score and i was getting 381. Do u feel i stand a chance in either the Expresss entry or PNP. And if PNP which province is better and more flexible when selecting. Tanx and God bless

Decision to write ielts - January 2019 (Never gave a thought to leaving Nigeria before this time).

Registered with mod (with my big belly- pregnant) on 12th Jan. Wrote Ielts on 9th Feb. Just checked result now:
Listening 8.5
Reading 9.0
Writing 7.5
Speaking 8.0

Overall: 8.5
Ps. The speaking test was the most challenging. I still can't believe I passed it.

As regards IELTS tutor, If you are interested and you are in Enugu or Anambra, you can reach out to me for writing, speaking and listening... Had a 7 in reading, I am not so sure I am good in it..

Here is my concern, my work experience reference letter has 34 months (Instead of 36 months for 3 years). It actually meets the work hour requirement for 3 years but it is deficient of 2months... will this be a problem in my application after stating that i have 3 years work experience? Thanks.
