I'm fantastically convinced that Mr. Mike Okiro lied when he told press men that invitation and text messages has been sent to successful applicants.

personally,i applied for ASP,got my waec certificate 2007,graduated from the university 2014,but d only email i have gotten from d NPF,is the one asking me to scan and send my credentials for verification to the email adress they sent and i have done that but i have not heard from them afterwards...God will help us all

If anyone has got the invitation text/mail kindly notify the house. From an insider, I heard that the computer was programmed to pick first from those whose WAEC Certificate reads from 2007 (i.e obtained from 2007 till date) . Yeah, there maybe adjustments later but we need to confirm this claims first so if you know/heard or have seen any one who has been invited kindly inform the house.

For Constable ahbi? Cos wetin concern ASP with 2007.

If they must restrict year of graduation for ASP (which i doubt because it was not stated in the recruitment advert), it will be year of graduation from the University/Polytechnics (BSc/HND), which i also very well doubt. Nigeria Army wanted it that way and it was explicitly stated in their recruitment advert that 2011 till date for University degree/HND.

I think the whole process is complicated. Even if they have branch in the UK, i think for the transaction to go through, i think they also need to have a naira account with Barclays. That way, they (First Bank) will debit my own naira account here in Nigeria and instruct Barclays Bank to debit their own naira account and credit the Beneficiary account (the person i'm pay naira to in the UK).

The question now is: which bank in Nigeria will have a naira account with Barclays Bank PLC, London?

If DCC mean direct currency conversion, it means merchants will allow me pay in my local currency. Since banks are not remitting dollars to these merchants, why are they charging at black market rate?

I'm a little confused here, or i'm getting something wrong?
