Please i need help. I am having difficulty in paying for IHS 1100USD. GTB dom card is rejecting payment. Please is there an alternative mode for paying IHS as GTB confirmed that i cannot do payment exceeding 1000USD.

Hi, this is strange, I used a GT dollar card to pay for my dependant IHS fee of $ 1,192.97 and it worked for me seamlessly. I am suspecting your card probably exceeded the daily limit.I think the GT dollar card seem quite effective when compared to most other banks.
In the alternative, If you have anoda bank dollar card do try same.

Pls feel free to book your appointment at TLS VI, there is a Gbp 55 attached to booking your appointment there and that is one obvious reason most people stay away from VI....

I tried paying for my child IHS fee, I keep getting the confirmation email but declined payment and I’ve been debited twice , has anyone here experienced this and how was it resolved please? And how do I get my money back ? Is the problem with IHS or my bank ? (UBA )

Please I need urgent help, I paid for my 2 dependant IHS with my UBA dollar card.
My account got debited , got transaction confirmation email from IHS with transaction reference, yet I noticed on the portal, it kept taking me back to pay IHS again instead of moving to Visa payment.

Though when I made the payment, it wrote payment declined on the portal but IHS still sent confirmation email to me and I also got debited.

I called UBA customer care they said, they can only accept if I could attach decline mail I got from the IHS but I didn't get any decline mail..

@joerem1....Have you resolved this, if so how did you get it resolved. Am having a similar challenge.

Just to add.... While filling my dependant forms, I had linked our applications together using my GWF number.....Could that be a possible reason for the inflated figure? it seem to be asking twice the IHS fee for her application. I am expected to fill the dependant form in isolation of the main applicant?

I want to do medicals. I tried checking iom website and it says the nearest available date is 23rd of june 2022.

If i were to go to iom lagos physical office, would i be able to secure an earlier date or whatever available date is on the website is also the available date one will be able to secure if one went to the physical office?

YES, you would get an earlier date to what is available online. Just ensure you get to IOM early enough because of the rush.
You may even be double lucky to hold your medicals same day.

Please I cancelled an appointment instead of rescheduling and was sent a mail about a successful cancellation but I haven't been able to schedule another. Its showing "you have an active appointment". I have sent mails but no response, i tried to use another email, it didn't still showing error, their lines are not going through. Who else has this problem? Abeg What do I do please?

I had a similar problem, I eventually sent someone down to their office in Lagos with my payment receipt and a copy of my International Passport to go help book another date .

The earlier you apply for your re-newal the better . Those people at the immigration office are all out to frustrate the normal process.
Passport Collection date after Biometrics for my re-newal was 23rd March, as I speak PHC office claim they are out of Booklets however If i urgently need same an additional 20k will do the magic in 24 hours.

I was very much pressed for the passport as I had a very tight timeline and had to pay reluctantly, guess what!! same day I picked up my Passport.

I went to bank last week to update my bvn. They gave me a form to fill. Please how many days does it take the email to reflect on my bvn? Please help me oo

My email update was effected within 48 hours.....If after 48hours you are still having same issue then you need go back to the bank and re-complain.

I used Access bank for my PTA and I got paid in Cash ....Gbp 2,900.

My application has been stuck at ADB disbursement review going to two weeks now. I’ve been contacting the bank but still the same story that my application is being processed.

I want to make this payment as soon as possible. Please is there any bank with guarantee that I’ll be debited under a week?

if you have another bank account with an efficient Account officer who can do the follow up for you, I'll advise you switch.
In my case my account officer did a good follow up and i was debited for Form A at the earliest.

Yes, Ngn 5k is the standard Form A Charge and Yes, your account need to be funded with at least the amount you are requesting for as School Fees.
