It is what it is.... This generation is faced with many temptations that we all willingly yield to ... I watched a vid wer a Lil girl was insulting laycon cos of Erica and I was shocked...the level at which the supposed girl would have been glued to her tv for an 18+ show.... NeduLuiZ:Leg day is very important....I remember some years back...I was just into my upper body...I hated any leg workout...some persons were seriously advising me to stop bench and focus on my legs...but I turned a deaf ear to it.... Now I want to kill myself on leg workout...I do 1k squats on Wednesday...and no specifi counts on other days.... I regret not listening now...cos I am so big up,chest is like breast already..and u cant say same with down  To everyone that works out....do not skip LEG DAY !!!!! |
