I was avoiding the green before Séun will think it's plagiarism. The name was inspired by the falling of Naira. I think I'll add a white color in-between the green N. What do you think?

The jealous'ing thing is just a joke. I knew you were playing with her.

I have a story I'll post later today, but I want your opinion on these two logos. One is red and the other one is green. Which do you think is better for a company or site called NairaCry? And give your reason(s).

When I design logos I like the names to co-relate with the logo. I love painting pictures of words to bring them to life.

See the two images below and choose one.
the one with green bro .... It depicts words behind it...everyone knows green means vegetation and that's part of Nigeria ...green also goes with the flag of the nation .. "nairacry" has to do with Nigeria so its green if you want to put a meaning to it...but on the contrary....red is also cool ...just for the way it is and its uniqueness ... I mean ..,naij,even nairaland have the green color for their logo

We are no longer asking Buhari & apc to develop Nigeria.
.
At this point, we are only asking him to return Nigeria to the state she was before he (Buhari) was sworn into office.
.
Return our dear Naira to 170 per Dollar
Return our bag of rice to #7000
Return our bankers to their jobs
Return the over 400 multinational companies that relocated out of this country back to Nigeria.
Return pdp & corruption back to power Return the thousands of Nigeria you made jobless back to their respective jobs.
Return our economy to the fastest growing economy in Africa
Return Dangote back to his position as the richest man in Afirca.
Return our only indigenous car manufacturing company INNOSON Motors back to production.
.
Forget about adding anything new, just do these and we will ask for no more.

PoliticsKOWA, ACD Candidates Step Down For Ize-Iyamu by devilmaycry(op): 3:11am On Sep 20, 2016
THE candidates of the Advanced Congress of Democrats, ACD, Andrew Igwemoh and Action Alliance, Paul Ofomile, yesterday stepped down for the PDP candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

Ofomile and Igwemoh, who made the declaration during a PDP rally in Okpella, Etsako East Local Government Area, anchored their decision on the ground that Ize-Iyamu was better prepared for the office of the governor and offered the best hope for the state.

The ACD candidate, who is from Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s Iyamho community, pointed out that it would have been easy for him to align with the governor and the APC but the issue of who governs Edo State was not a “brotherly affair.”

He said Governor Oshiomhole only developed a section of Iyamho community, regretting that the governor has succeeded in building a university in Iyamho that is not affordable to the people of the community.

He said: “We have collapsed our structure and are now working for a team that can take Edo State to Eldorado. They (APC) promised to create 200,000 jobs when they have not even created 10, 000 jobs.”

In his remark, Pastor Ize-Iyamu regretted that Governor Oshiomhole abandoned Okpella despite the overwhelming support given to him, adding that the governor ruled as if Okpella was not part of Etsako and did not harness the huge mineral deposits in the area.

He said: “I want to assure you that we will not disappoint you. We will harness the huge mineral resources in Okpella. They have punished you for too long, and you must punish them for abandoning you.”

The withdrawal of the duo brings to four the number of candidates, who have so far withdrawn from the race for Ize-Iyamu. The candidates of KOWA Party, Thompson Osadolor, and the People for Democratic Change, PDC, Bishop Akharame, had earlier stepped down for Ize-Iyamu.

Politics5 Untouchable Men In Nigeria That Buhari Anti-corruption War Can’t Battle With by devilmaycry(op): 2:44am On Sep 19, 2016
There is a saying that a notorious dog will
always pledge submission to its owner no
matter its state of madness. This may
correspond with this piece listing some
untouchable Nigerians in the current anti-
graft war.

Majority of Nigerians have come to understand
that within the confines of their country, the law
surely respects some people. These people are
part of the movers and shakers of the Nigerian
political scene.
The name ‘’Muhammadu Buhari” doesn’t send
these men running for their lives as it did for
some people. Prior to winning the election, a
whole lot of corrupt public officials went
scampering when they realized he was going to
win the election.
So far, the president has not ordered for their
interrogation or questioning by law
enforcement agencies regardless of whatever
wrong the populace has associated their names
with. Compiled here is a list of these five
people:

1.Chief Olusegun Obasanjo
Named as one of Nigeria’s strongest politician
ever, the Egba High Chief, and a former
president of Nigeria, is one of the country’s
‘’untouchable’’. Despite the fact that many
Nigerians and groups have called for his
probing, the former president has not been
invited by any law enforcement or anti-graft
agencies over any form of financial
misappropriation. Moreover, the EFCC which
was asked to interrogate him was seen by many
as a tool in his hands which he used to hound
his political opponents during his tenure.

2.Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
Popularly known as The Jagaban of Borgu, the
two-term governor of Lagos State and national
leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC),
has been trailed with series of allegations
leveled against him. Many are of the belief that
he’s got some skeletons in his cupboard, but till
date, he has not been convicted of committing
any corrupt act. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is
the most powerful politician in Nigeria at the
moment and holds a legendary position in the
country and among the Yorubas in particular.

3. Rotimi Amaechi
He was a former governor of Rivers State, and is
presently Nigeria’s minister of transport. He is
one of Nigeria’s most rugged politicians and
also belongs to the country’s list of
“untouchables”. This is further aided by the fact
that he is a member of President Muhammadu
Buhari’s cabinet. During his screening at the
National Assembly which was postponed
several times as a result of series of corruption
allegations leveled against him in some quarters
in Rivers State, Amaechi publicly stated that he
had never collected a bribe in his life. Presently,
the former governor is one of the president’s
most trusted allies, and many believe that the
president cannot probe him because he spent
from his state’s purse to ensure that APC won
last year’s general election.

4. Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan
The former president remains unarguably one
of Nigeria’s most powerful politicians not
probed by the Muhammadu Buhari-led
administration. His administration was touted as
the most corrupt the country ever witnessed.
Under his watchful eyes, public officials
embezzled public fund, and to further make it
worse, the officials were not probed.
This led The Economist to label him as an
‘’ineffectual buffoon’’. It is however surprising
to many Nigerians that till date; the former
president has not been invited for questioning
by any of the anti-graft agencies. In fact, he has
been to the presidential villa thrice to put heads
together with the president on how to stop the
unrest in the Niger Delta region and how to
move the country forward in general.

5. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar
Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar also
belongs to the list of Nigerians who have not
been probed by the present administration. He
is one of the movers and shakers in the
Northern part of the country and holds a very
dignified position in the All Progressives
Congress (APC). He is alleged to be one of
those involved in the infamous Halliburton
scandal. Despite the allegations, it is believed
that the president holds him in dignified esteem,
and as such, cannot probe him. Do you agree with the list
