yes, there is a hole that drains water from the roof of the car in front down, once its block, it will drain inside the car ,
this afflicted my COROLLA before I went to fix it,

Dr Yusuf in his words during the health talk today highlighted several mode of transmission of Lassa fever which includes eating contaminated foods and animal particularly the Bush rats.

Most food processed on the openly are easily contaminated by rat excreta. Commonly are Garri, Flour, etc which are laid open on roads, consumption of such pose a lot of hazards particularly Garri,flour etc
He also mentioned 85% of fetal losses are recorded in pregnancy ,and severe maternal morbidity and mortality.

In his closing remarks he urge the public to store foods in covered containers and avoid self medications as early hospital presentation and apt diagnosis will lessen the effect of Lassa fever.</p>

You need to know that you both are not suffering from Infertility.

So see a Gynecologist for effective treatment of PID

Dear sir,

Ovarian cyst is simply one of the ovaries that didnt regress in the cycle, it doesn't cause infertility.

PID is simply infection along the genital tract . Truth is that severity varies, almost all women will yield different microbes when you do a culture of their Instruments , same as men too, so the best way to confirm PID in women is to do a culture my brother.

Besides, Ultrasound is used dependent, go and do scam elsewhere they may tell yo something different

Your mother died of complications of Hypertension ,Diabetes and Hypercholesterolemia which is likely Hemorrhagic stroke not two plate of food with salt.

I bet you to do An Autopsy and let's see who is right

I will fault you for allowing her to degenerate to that extent.
You should have monitored her BP, Blood sugar and Cholesterol level, such that they will be near normal

Yes there are precipitants but not two plate of food I believe, your mum was not fed with a whole sachet of salt.

Let me tell you something

Eating two meal of salt, the regular amount you and your family eat is not enough to kill your mum

Yes, excess salt can lead to increase body fluid of which I believe your mum is on her medications one of which is usually a diuretic that removes the excess fluid.

She has Hypertension, Diabetes and high Cholesterol, these combine are lethal. for her to have seizures, she likely have Stroke maybe hemorrhagic type. severe hemorrhagic stroke could lead to coma and from there death.

If you had done a CT or MRI scan of the brain the managing physician would have seen the cause of her death instead of blaming it on meal of salt.

please let peace rain in your family, dont let ignorance and misinformation make you lose your mother and your family.

May her soul rest in peace.
