Any conclusion you arrive at studying a sample of the population is used to draw up a hypothesis about the entire population which becomes true. Or how do you think one should be able to study the entire large population? So get out with your cheap defence. I am also in kano right now! The guy that washes for me here don't even understand what is #50 in English, most times when I interact with him, I use sign language which isn't an effective means of communication. This is something that is not obtainable say somewhere in the east. An average 10years old in the east atleast knows how to speak pigin English.
