If a court summons you and you don't show up, the judge may further extend the summon before issuing warrant of arrest. Even at that, it is the litigant that will pray to the judge to do that.like I said, the court inly act based on what is brought before it. It is not the business of the judge to investigate or prosecute

I don't agree with this Sir with all due respect. An society that disregards its court is doom bound. The job of the court is not to prosecute, it only pass judgement when cases are brought before it based on evidence presented. The Ekiti, IGP Abba and Obj's cases I think they all are in court. The court have procedures and its judgement can be challenged by a higher court. The Judge will only pass judgement base on what is presented by the litigant and defendant. In 2010 defunct AC got her mandate in Osun and Ekiti through the court, same with Oshiomole (2008) and Mimiko of ondo. It is unfair to disregard the court and expect a civil society.

Enugu Catholic priest and the founder of the Adoration Ministry, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka yesterday (Sunday) while given a sermon at the Christ the King Catholic Parish, GRA, Enugu, said he has been receiving threat messages after his Dec. 31st, messages where he asked Nigerians to vote out President Jonathan. But also said if the threats had moved him, he won’t be standing in their presence and preaching.

His words:

“Tell them I am not afraid of them. I have said what I was asked to say. The only word I have for them is Isaiah 54:15,17: “Surely they shall gather, but because the gathering is not of God they shall scatter. No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper.

“They said Buhari gave me money, but I have never met with Buhari. I don’t know him in person. I only delivered the message I was given and I stand by that message because the future of this country is bleak with Jonathan on the saddle.”

He also said, he had asked the first lady, Patience Jonathan when she came to his church to give him her number so he could pass messages across whenever he receives any, but thrice the first lady refused and asked a pastor with her to give him his own number instead.

“So, before that message, I had called the number for two weeks but it was always the Personal Assistant to the pastor that picked the calls,“ he said.

If election is adjudged to be won by any candidate, I will accept the result irrespective of who is declared winner. If any party have reason(s) to believe that it was rigged, it will be civil and democratic for them to go to court. Alternative or parallel government is an invitation to chaos.
