Nairaland General › Adultery Now Legal In South Korea! by DickDastardly(op): 8:36pm On Feb 26, 2015
The South Korean Constitutional Court at its plenary session on February 25, 2015, blazed the trail by striking down a 60-year-old law banning adultery by making it legal.
According to the Guardian UK, the long standing law had forbidden the act with anyone caught being jailed for two years but now, the citizens are free to indulge.
In an unprecedented judgement, the presiding justice, Park Han-Chul, remarked that though the act of adultery is bad and immoral, the state has no power to interfere with the individual lives of the people and as such, no one caught will be punished. He said: "Even if adultery should be condemned as immoral, state power should not intervene in individuals’ private lives.
"In the past few years, close to 5,500 people have been formerly arraigned on adultery charges with 216 people jailed for 'committing' in 2004 alone, something liberals find to be infringing on people's rights.
In the past adultery could only be prosecuted on complaint from an injured party, and any case was closed immediately if the plaintiff dropped the charge, a common occurrence that often involved a financial settlement.
That means that in South Korea, you can sleep with your neighbour's wife without any qualm!

Nairaland General › Re: How Great Zik Caged The River Niger Mammy Water - A Fictional Story By Dastardly by DickDastardly(op): 7:34pm On Feb 26, 2015
He was fed on raw fish and drank fish blood for water. He said it was the three most horrible weeks of his life. By the 3rd week he was also dead with fear of his fate even with the mammy water's assurance that he will be released.
Then came the time he was to be released. They brought one teenage mammy water and asked him to make love to it as a ritual to tie his soul to the spirits of the underwater realm. He was told that if satisfies her she will be the one to lead him back to land, but if he doesnt do her real good, then his goose is cooked as he will be fed alive to the baby mammy waters.

He told the story of how he went into the water only to be drawn in by a strong whirlpool. He spiralled down into what he said looked like a ruined, abandoned city. Lots of young mammy water grabbed him and made to devour him. At that point a thunderous voice halted them. It was the queen herself. She invited him in and told him his life will only be spared on condition that he goes back to tell the government that the construction of the bridge must be jettisoned. He was taken around the underwater world and warned not reveal what he saw or die a horrible death. He saw his dead colleagues bodies being fed to mammy water many newborns.

According to Mr shrimpy who died 3days after narrating his odeal, somewhere in the middle of the river, the divers he came with had to dive deep inside the water. First two that went down didnt come up, prompting him to send more men after them. Same thing happened to him till he was the last man left. Down he also went and that was when it all began........

The first of this happenings was that of a consultant, Mr Shrimpy periwinkuloh who led an expedition into the heart of this river to do initial river bed appraisal. They left the Ose ogbe ijaw water front and never were seen again till after three weeks. A trip they should have returned from same day. Worthy of note is the fact that only Mr Shrimpy made it back. It was Mr shrimpy who now gave the first clear account of the mammy watet that resides in the river.

..........incidents that preceeded the construction of the 1st Niger bridge. Between 1964 and 1965, French construction giant, Dumez, came to construct the Niger Bridge, to link Onitsha and Asaba in present-day Anambra and Delta States respectively. It was awarded at a whooping £5 million then.
But this wasnt the focal point of this whole set up as the reader will see later that its only the genesis of series of mysterious happenings that nearly truncated the construction of this bridge.
Romance › Re: New Wife Is Still In Love And Cheating With Her EX by DickDastardly(m): 6:43am On Feb 26, 2015
Errrrrm......I only see an insecure husband here. The insecurity stems from the uncertainty that usually accompany long distant marriage. How sure is he of all this allegations?
Has this your guy comfronted the wife about her continued contact with her ex? What was her reply? Though she has no reason still keeping up with her ex, especially in distant relationship where the line of trust is very thin. Did you mean your guy got her a job in Enugu and she rejected it? If so, she is lost and needs to be found ASAP. Something tells me she's already addicted to something sweet in that ibadan and you know how irrational addicts are with reason and common sense. Its not late for them though. What does your guy do? Can his salary sustain the family till the wife secures a job in Enugu? If so, here goes.....

He should man up and bring back his wife down to Enugu with immediate effect. They should both manage their finances till she hooks up with something. But i see a devicive woman here. Something tells me she will still not want to come down. If she insists on not comming down then its officially confirmed that "SHE HAS REALLY BEEN FVCKING HER BRAINS OFF WITH THE SAID GUY".
When the later becomes the case, let your guy contact me so we can work out the best exit plan, especially the type "WHERE THE WOMAN AND HER LOVER GETS REWARDED MAXIMALLY FOR THEIR CARELESSNESS"
Goodluck to him cool
