Worst case ball joint,less than 10k and you back on the road, transmisson: most time it is as easy as replacing the shift selenoid. Otherwise engine are considerably more durable, power steering are easily fixable without buying another unit, better driving characteristics,

Still running perfectly. It has proven to be a bullet proof - reliability wise. It's just the valve cover gaskets that have started to seep engine oil a bit but it has no effect on its performance - I guess it's due to the mileage of the car. It's almost 193k miles as of today. Still servicing it with 5w 30 engine oil. My mechanic was impressed when he saw how clean the internals were.

Hmmm, and at the mileage My mech recommends something thicker, like 20w50

But how do you handle the timing belt flaw 9f the engine, in order to avoid a catastrophic engine damage if it cuts

There are two 1MZFE engine, the one you want is the VVTI one not the ordinary one, talk to gazzuzz

to the best of my knowledge, 1mz Fe in the ES300 is the VVTi equipped variant which is an interference engine. My present daily driver uses that same engine, Just stick to 5w 30 engine oil and change regularly. You will be alright, 20w 50 oil worsens the sludge buildup in these engines and should be avoided at all costs.

How is the engine now

Please is Mobil super 2000 5w-30 a good substitute for mobil 1 5w-30 since the two are 5w-30 oil type , the car In question is Hyundai/koa 2013

either mineral oil or synthetic oil, make sure you use the right oil weight, in your case 5w30 and make sure don't let the oil stay too long before changing, 3000 miles or 3 month to for mineral oil, and 6000 miles or 6 months for synthetic oil ( best estimates)
