Well, it appears you do not know how the artist performance contracts are structured. It isis usually the case that the artist is paid a part of his fee and the balance is to be paid when the artist arrives the country but before his performance.

The issue that arises is usually monetary issue and not riders like the type of hotel and ride to pick them.

People are supposed to keep to the contract they sign, particularly the commercial terms. If the above is the situation in the present case, I think it will be uncharitable to expect them to perform despite the breach. The student should find out from his school the possibility and procedure of change of dept in his school. I doubt that all universities do that. Assuming they do, its also possible that it is permissible at the discretion of the school and his school may rarely grant it. In essence, the inquiry MUST be done in his school for certainty sake. On the issue of missing out on 1st yr, its no big deal as d courses 4 the two dept wil almost be the same except for few of them as the courses are closely related . He can read up the ones he did not do while insurance dept or even ride on without reading it as general knowlege wil hide him to safety in his new dept

D purpose of the usual question is to clear ensure that there is no reason, which has not been cleared, why the parties should not be join.
