Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) has announced the latest rankings of Nigerian universities.

NUC named the University of Ibadan in overall first position while Covenant University was rated as the best private University in Nigeria. Lagos State University (LASU) also emerged the best state-owned university in the country.
