if I use car tyres, what do I place at the bottom, soil? and how do I prevent rain from entering?

I am quite new to importation, barely 2 weeks and from this post and NL generally i have gathered enough information to have the confidence and stamina to start out. Thanks to ymodulus, yemi2plus and the other gurus, i have found the best sites, opened my own 1688.com account and about to place some orders.
