British Prime Minister David Cameron has refused to meet South African President Jacob Zuma in London, passing him off instead to his deputy, Nick Clegg,a report says. Irate at the snub, Zuma cancelled a Monday visit to London, throwing a “royal tantrum,” reported City Press, a South African English-language newspaper. Zuma was due in London to attend the innovaBRICS conference, which promotes investment in leading emerging economies. South Africa was the event’s lead sponsor. The paper said Zuma pulled out “after Britain refused to grant him an official audience with Prime Minister David Cameron,” and fobbed him off instead with a meeting with Clegg. According to the Sunday Times, urgent meetings were held in Pretoria on Saturday in an unsuccessful bid to save the visit. However, a statement from South Africa’s Presidency read, “His Excellency President Jacob Zuma will no longer attend the 3rd Annual innovaBRICS Conference in London, United Kingdom, which takes place on 27 October 2014.” “The country and the president will be represented by four ministers. The delegation will be led by the Minister in the Presidency, Dr. Jeff Radebe, and comprises Dr. Rob Davies, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Nhlanhla Nene, the Minister of Finance, and Ms. Faith Muthambi, the Minister of Communications.” Britain’s Foreign Office said, “The decision to cancel the visit is a matter for the South African government.” Last year, Britain announced that it would stop direct aid to South Africa in 2015, citing the country’s status as Africa’s biggest economy. Pretoria warned in reaction that the move would affect relations between the two states. |
Shadbay:dude I fink you're more focused on beef made on tracks/songs. 50cent beef in general sometimes are through twitter/interviews where he straightforwardly beefs celebrities. When 50cent dissed jay z,beyonce attacked him at the cosmopolitan las Vegas in new year's eve by fiercely approaching him & yelling at him related to the beef with Her spouse (jayz). Later in a live interview with 50cent,he mocked beyonce's breath by saying it isn't really bad of a breath" so the jab/beef has been thrown. celebrity feuds doesn't actually mean em beefing themselves on songs/sometimes it's live. Drake & jayz has had a beef, drake dissed jayz on an interview which jayz responded on a track tho. And about eminem & 50cent not having a beef,go browse about it. All the celebs on the list have had feuds with 50cent to some extent, buh 50cent & rick Ross beef was kind of a serious shit, they all were hard on emselves. |
The American rapper and record producer 50cent (Curtis James Jackson) is said to be the highest celebrity rapper that engages in feuds with mostly other rappers. That didn't stop there, the rapper also engages feuds with singers, boxers etc. From the look of things, the reason the rapper 50cent is always engaged in one beef or the other is because of his personality,he is known not to hide opinions, feelings,he says what he wants to say with no rethink which probably results to feuds,I will list the celebrities he has had beef with so far. 1. Ja Rule (rapper) 2. Nas (rapper) 3. Jay Z (rapper) 4. Rick Ross (rapper) 5. The game (rapper) 6. Beyonce (singer) 7. Lil Wayne (rapper) 8. Floyd mayweather (boxer) 9. P.diddy (rapper) 10. Fat Joe (rapper) 11. Young buck (rapper) 12. Jadakiss (rapper) 13. French Montana (rapper) 14. DJ Khaled (producer) 15. Eminem (rapper) 16. Chamillionaire (rapper) 17. Master P (rapper) 18. DMX (rapper) 19. Big pun. (rapper) 20. Acehood (rapper) 21. Gunplay (rapper) 22. Birdman (rapper) 23. Mariah Carey (singer) 24. T.I (rapper) 25. Fabolous (rapper) 26. Cassidy (rapper) There're loads more of people/celebrities 50cent has had beef with like Styles P,Irv gotti,wu tang clan, murder Inc,scarface, olivia, black child etc,but those on the list are more recognizable. Mehn whoever termed 50cent "king of beef" isn't mistaken. |

My movie taste is foreign, strictly American/Hollywood. My strong aversion for nollywood movies got my friends/colleagues always jumping down my throat compelling me to try and get a nollywood movie to watch,so I thought I could give it a try by getting two nollywood movies maybe I would like it cos its been long I watched home movies****the whole thing is fvcked up,didn't even finish any of em,the most annoying is it even has part 1 & 2,must nollywood movies have series of parts?? I can enjoy a foreign/Hollywood movie with a runtime of 1hr 30mins and the movie still chipped great sense. Nollywood movie is just lengthy and empty. Fvccck. Comment if you hate nollywood. |

About a week ago, Tyga expressed his frustration with Young Money. Taking it to Twitter, he threatened to leak his own album and said the label is holding him hostage. In a recent interview with Vibe, the rapper detailed the situation and shared he doesn’t get along with Drake or Nicki Minaj, and that he really doesn’t like Drizzy as a person, calling him “fake.” I don’t like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I’m saying? I think his music is good, but we’re all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda’ like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is. But I been friends with Chris [Brown] for like six years. That’s my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time. He lives up the street from me, so we don’t just do music we hang. I think being signed to Young Money, everybody felt like they had to force a relationship ‘cause Wayne put us together. At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne. Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki. It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives, and different characters. When you realize that, you realize that’s not a place where you want to continue to grow,” said Tyga.

I really don't understand Nigerian hiphop these days, everything now sounds foreign which is "unreal" to me,cos we're Africans! We should do our songs our own way,I find it funny seeing rappers these days using lyrics like "nigga" "I don't give a Bleep" "shit" why use such lyrics? are we Americans? No!! Even the beats these days also sound foreign. The bottomline is we should try using our own culture/style in our music. What do you all think? |
