when a non Muslim engages in terrorism,the reason for that wouldn't be because of "religion" it might be political,power etc. Or have you seen a group of non Muslims (e.g Christians) trying to christianize people thereby committing genocide when opposed? No,because their religion doesn't promote it.

You might have noticed that most terrorists are mostly Muslims. That means that, per capita, the group that produces the most terrorists is Muslims. Why is this the case? It boils down to differences in tradition. The cultures where Islam is dominant have traditions that promote terrorism where other cultures have different traditions that don’t do that. Traditions are ideas that are commonly known among the vast majority of a culture. People learn these traditions generation after generation. In some cultures the traditions change quickly – we call these dynamic societies – while in other cultures, their traditions don't change quickly – we call these static societies.


Criticism Differentiates between these 2 types of societies, dynamic societies have this tradition of criticism that promotes error correction while static societies don’t. Our knowledge is not perfect. And it’s the imperfections that cause human suffering. In order to lessen our suffering, we must improve our knowledge. And the only way to improve our knowledge is to discover our mistaken ideas (using criticism) and to correct those mistakes (using creativity and more criticism).



Now getting back to Muslims and terrorism, Islamic societies are static societies. These societies have not yet adopted the tradition of criticism. They see criticism as something bad and so criticism is frowned upon. Questioning your parents is bad. Questioning Allah is bad. This is what causes their knowledge to be static – it halts the evolution of knowledge.

Ironically, the Quran explicitly states that it will not be changed. That Allah is protecting it from man-made changes. So it doesn’t evolve. And Muslims claim this as their proof that Islam is right and all other religions are wrong. But knowledge evolution is good, because it corrects mistakes. So, other religions like Christianity have evolved, which means that their knowledge has improved, namely their morality.


This raises the question, how will terrorism stop? Well we need an agent of change, one that will change Islamic cultures everywhere. That agent of change will play a role in their societies adopting a tradition of criticism. I don’t know how this will happen. I don’t know what things must fall into place for this to happen. What I do know is that by adopting a tradition of criticism, a society will enter a golden age, its own Enlightenment. And if it can sustain its tradition of criticism, then it will continue to be a dynamic society indefinitely.

I don't often chat so instant messaging is not an issue to me. I prefer sites where I can read and guage people's opinions on issues and also learn from them, that's why I like sites like reddits, Nairaland, etc. Twitter kind of fits into this category, only that what made me lose interest in it for instance are the trending feature is always full of shit, you see hash tags like #babybeminebyapkororo da fuq is that? People always trying to promote their shit and when it finally trends most people don't post stuff related to it and then the annoying questions wizkid or davido, rice or beans? etc. Letme me not get started on those that want followers by force, they keep retweeting silly stuffs and DM you the same thing and other BS.

it's boring because it really isn't an instant messaging platform,although it's not boring to me like I use the direct messaging a lot but if you wanna solely chat,I suggest you use bbm,whatsapp etc..

I believe the first time you signed up for a twitter account & your account was finally set for you to run,initially you will look clueless seeing (0 Tweets,0 following,0 followers.) like where do I start? Well as a novice,most people start following celebrities,it's funny that's always the first thing a twitter novice does,which of course those celebrities don't follow back and they don't even attract followers to you. So if you're having problems gaining followers or you're losing the ones you even got. Check out these 5 reasons that could probably be the cause & I suggest you work on them.


1. Twitter's Bio: this is where you tell whoever is viewing your profile who you are,like if you are a programmer or a producer whatever it is that you do,let people see your personality,I see people with no bio,some with few words on their bio,some are irrelevant,So you need to check out what's on your Bio and work on it.


2. Profile Picture: This really matters a lot,this is what attracts people immediately they come across your account,for novice,please try to avoid having twitter's default avatar. (looks like an egg) because if you still have this default avatar it would mean you've automatically lost the trust of whoever looks at your profile figuring out if to follow you or not. Imagine as your twitter bio defines your personality,Maybe you were trying to tell people you're a producer and you're having an egg as a profile picture? Sucks! And for those who already have a profile picture,make sure your face is close up (visible) or next time take a close shot.


3: Tweeting too much: there're different types of "serial tweeters" The ones that once a week posts everything he/she should have posted through out the week. The ones that constantly retweet almost everything (both relevant and irrelevant) The ones that chat/converse with friends a lot which every second their irrelevant (probably isn't your business) tweets pop up. Ask yourself,why would someone follow you just to read your tweets with some random friends? Minimize your conversations,try to avoid arguments.


4. You Seldom Tweet: this is just the opposite of reason no.3. You need not to tweet too little nor too much. So in order to gain followers,you need to be there,participate,share,keep your timeline updated,chat etc. Ask yourself,why would someone follow you when your last tweet was 20 days ago? Really? Follow you? Keep your tweets in check.



5. You don't follow: this could also be a problem,you need to follow because you're not some celebrity,you need to start catching people's attention that you exist,for those of you that knows how twitter works,the more you follow the more attention you will get,because your account could be seen by anyone who views "the followers" of the account you followed,but don't follow too much,it sucks if the people you follow are more than your followers or when your "followers" is way far bigger than your following,it's a turn off. It shows you don't normally follow back And finally always try to follow whoever follows you back if you feel like.


I hope this helps for those that find it hard to gain followers,so log in now and work things out! Twitter is a strong tool,necessary.

As much as there're lots of people that bathe with sponges,have also come across people who don't bathe with sponges.

Quite a close friend of mine recently told me he doesn't bathe with sponge and I never knew all this while,he just gently rubs his preferred soap on his body and then washes it off with water,I was like I can never bathe without using a sponge,guess everybody's used to what they tend to always do.

But bathing with a sponge & without a sponge,which is better? Some say bathing with a sponge is better because it kind of removes more dirts by its scrubbing technique,but most foreign movies I watch,in scenes of an individual taking a bath I hardly see the individual using a sponge,it's like some use soap and some don't even use it at all,just showering,however the case may be,I will always go for sponges,how do you take your own bath?

I wouldn't say all females hate video games,but well some really do hate it,some just like it but are uninterested in playing it,maybe just watching you as you play,probably later gets bored and leaves the spot,but I haven't seen a female game freak,at least a neutral female game freak lol,just none,even in gaming centres,you can only find guys around,no females.

On twitter,I mostly see foreigners,most nigerians that opened twitter accounts don't even run them,you gonna see someone's last tweet showing 150days ago Although few nigerians like and run their accounts but most people see it as a boring platform meant for adverts and promotion purposes coupled with the hardness of gaining followers,I think Nigerians will always run Facebook,as for me,I use twitter more than I use my Facebook.
