With all the inciteful, hate-filled, and divisive articles Reno Omokri churn on daily basis, President Tinubu wants to reward him with an ambassadorial appointment? Somebody should tell me it's a joke.
Is the president implying that Reno has done well by those articles he churns out denigrating mostly the southeast and its people?
Is president Tinubu not supposed to be at the forefront of chastising anyone who threatens to the unity of the country by his/her actions and inactions?

It's a big MISS for president Tinubu to want to reward Reno Omokri!
Abeg if Daniel Bwala can get an appointment
Nothing stops Reno

It's a shame that we don't have the executive with the heart to do this, this is the one singular act that will change Nigeria economy for good. N1500 to a naira is a disgrace and this administration must bring it down, this is the crux of our problem in Nigeria as per economics and standard of living of the masses.
Defend the naira with which money?

Go and learn to understand whats going on, bringing dollars down means using money that would have been used to pay salaries to defend the naira

Angrily at The whole world?
How did America become a super power? Is it not because most countries decided to become allies?
Now if America is fighting the whole of Europe and China and Middle East and Asia.
Are u telling me Only America will defeat everyone joint together?
Thats not possible.
It may take a while but if they all come together, America will be brought to its knees.
Back home in US, there is even strong opposition to Trump's moves even from people that voted him. Daily protests all over the country

US right now is tilting towards recession due to these tarrifs. Unemployment is going up. Stock market is going low

Some BOLD countries have anounced retaliatory
tarrifs. . China. Brazil. Canada. Mexico .
EU sayd they will announce theirs

The world needs realignment

Foreign AffairsRe: How Can 20 Million Black Slaves In Arabia Just Disappear From History? by Difrent: 4:30am On Apr 06, 2025
bilms:
How Can 20 Million Slaves in Arabia Just Disappear from History?

It’s a question that keeps haunting me.

Slavery in the Middle East didn’t end centuries ago—it persisted officially until the 1960s and 1970s in countries like Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Oman.

An estimated 10 to 20 million Africans were trafficked across the Red Sea and Indian Ocean into Arab lands over the centuries—men, women, and children.

So here’s the question:
Where are their descendants?

How can millions of people vanish without cultural recognition, political acknowledgement, or societal visibility?

Where are the monuments?
The reparations?
The museums?
The national days of remembrance?

Unlike the Atlantic slave trade, which left behind visible Black populations in the Americas—where is the Afro presence in the Middle East?

Is this erasure deliberate?
Is it driven by racism, denial, shame—or something else?

We need to talk about this.
We need to ask why entire populations have been written out of history.

Because if 20 million Black lives can be forgotten once—what stops it from happening again?

Do you know about Afro-Iraqis, Afro-Iranians, or Afro-Saudis?
Have you ever seen their stories reflected in mainstream narratives?
Why is their history still hidden?

Let’s stop pretending this isn’t part of our collective past.
What if 20 million black slaves never existed, what proof do you have?
Slavery in Arabia is still ongoing, it's just that now, they call them domestic servants and are paid

Seyi Makinde has had the unenviable record of burying all the first class Obas in Oyo state who died like the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Soun of Ogbomoso and Alafin of Oyo and the privilege of enthroning their successors peacefully too.

He also have the unenviable record of burying 2 former governors of Oyo state in his 6 years on the saddle as governor.

This is sure way to remove Tinubu.

With Obi on the ticket, Tinubu will struggle to win in the south while he won't be able to defeat Atiku in the north. It's just common sense and strategy. Ordinarily, I would want Obi to become the president in 2027 but this is the reality unless we want to be sentimental a d emotional. Unfortunately, emotions don't win elections.
Everyone knows this

But Tinubu Juju that made them not to agree in 2023 will still be at play, even more potent.

Tinubu used Obidients movement to become president but they didn’t know
They are still denying but we know it's pride thats making them deny.
The main reason they are still seething with anger almost 2 years on is that they were used by PBAT to become President.

We all thought PMB was the slayers of Obidients, PBAT is here to kill and bury them

PoliticsRe: BREAKING: Supreme Court Sacks Julius Abure As Labour Party Chairman by Difrent: 10:51am On Apr 04, 2025
Walker001:
The Supreme Court has sacked Julius Abure as Labour Party Chairman.
ENigeria News reports that the Supreme Court in a landslide judgment set aside the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, recognizing Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP).

In a unanimous judgment on Friday, a five-member panel of the apex court held that the Court of Appeal lacked the jurisdiction to have pronounced Abure national chairman of the Labour Party (LP), having earlier found that the substance of the case was about the party’s leadership.

It held that the issue of leadership was an internal affair of a party over which the courts lacked jurisdiction to handle. The court further allowed the appeal filed by Senator Ester Nenadi Usman and one other and held that it was meritorious.

The apex court proceeded to dismiss the cross-appeal filed by the Abure faction of the Labour Party as being unmeritorious.
