Johannesburg - Three men have been killed in a cellular shop in Voortrekker Street, Benoni, on the East Rand, Gauteng police said on Sunday.

They were inside the shop when five armed men entered around 6pm on Saturday, said Lt-Col Lungelo Dlamini.

The five men opened fire, killing two of the customers, both 38, inside the shop, and the third man, 40, at the shop door.

Afterwards, the gunmen fled in a green BMW.

The murdered men were Nigerians. Their assailants were also believed to be Nigerians, said Dlamini.

He said the police found spent cartridges at the scene, and a licensed firearm belonging to one of the men who died. Nothing was stolen.

“The motive for the killing is still unknown but a possibility that the victims were a rival group is being investigated,” said Dlamini. - Sapa

I have traveled around the World and come to conclusion that the only way that corruption and embezzlement by Nigeria leaders will stop is to allowed the citezen to bear arms and this also can go a long way in reducing crime in Nigeria and ethnics violence because the public are angry in Nigeria but they can't do anything to the people that have looted this country and using armed men to intimidate any one who want to protest to the Injustice . Use USA , Western Europe and SA as a specimen , there stability and low corrupt leaders are base on this b/c they are afraid of there Citizen . You do what the public have elected you to do or else you see some group of people who will take the law into there hands and chose to die in jailed. I want Nigerians to Comment of this.

Why Islamic banking in Nigeria ? I urge any christian in Nigeria to be vigilant of what Nigeria Muslim are planning in this country especially in this administration that are headed by Yaradua who has since channel all Nigeria investment and contract to Islamic country such as Saudi . for this i support any action to secede Nigeria base on Religion b/c Islamic people we have in this Nigeria are Extremist unlike other West African Country , how can Islamic people in Nigeria Used what are happened in other countries or Continent to be disturbing peaceful Nigeria Christian such as the publishing of Mohamed carton in danish newspaper in the past and Israel Gaza war . I think we are sick and tired of this ugly incidence all and over . let this country divide now base on Religion background.

Hello Nigerians are we running a monarchy system or is there any constitutional provision on this type of situation, even Vice Jonathan is in the committee , i think is the time to secede this country let every people rule according to there Religion,I don't see a reason where there should not be element of truth simple b/c of ethnicity and religion influence in a country that call them self one. Am ashamed of the Northerner who are calling for the resignation of Vice instead of Ill-President that is on life support Equipment just bc he is from North, Igbo are bad! for how many years that housers and westerners has rule this country without progress, rather what we get is discrimination and embezzlement of people fund , igbos and there brother Niger-Delta are the most populated group in Nigeria by Merit not by propaganda. i don't see any reason why housers should be doing any thing they wish in this country , houser man who was sleeping and they awake them that we have gotting Independent , the people who was not know how struggle easterner and westerner struggle to get independence are the people who are demanding on what happen to the country.

Pls let Nigeria Government in impose any Law that will safe guide the low income earners who contribute daily on so called cooperative societies that has turn to be a way of frauding people in this country. where is EFCC?

I think Mr. President is not what that, i don't know if is proper to be running a country from a sick bed let a lone of running the affairs of a state or a country from another country it mean that we are in a state of Anarchy, is the best time for him to resign and give a way to very capable and energetic Goodluck Jonathan to run the affairs of this country and follows his friend Obj to otta farm hospital for treatment.

I don't support any rumour about Yaradua state of health in saudi but i think is for his own best interest to resign as a president or any governmental post and  take proper care of himself, at least he can give way to Jonathan Goodluck bc i believe he can do better than him as a youth who knows what naija youth need.
