i'll be doing my application on friday, hope the sun will shine on me, please does anyone know of its ok to apply without paying any course fees but has sufficient funds for both fees and mtce cos my cousin jus opened a dom account last friday with 30,000 USD and has obtained his bank statement nd reference letter. Will it be ok for him to apply like that since the funds are available??, please fill me in ANYONE!

Thanks man, did the school mail u the receipt during or after the bank transfer?, and how long was the transfer process?, i intend to send particulars of the transfer to the school on monday,will they respond immediately as per emailing the receipt or they'll wait till the transfer process is over, cheers

i just paid my school fees yesterday via bank transfer, will it be ok to show my bank transfer receipt or do i need to get a receipt from the school as time isnt on my side anymore, will it be too late? as my start date is on the 22nd of sep, kind regards

@justwise and funky baby, thanks a bunch, una too gbasky, i'll send my school certificate,my discharge cert nd my school id card just to be extra sure, but i jus came across a worrying info on my visa letter, under documents used to obtain offer, my evidence of academic standing states that it was achieved in 2009 but my certificate states 2008.
Q, will these have a detrimental effect on my application or will it be overlooked by the embassy?

hello all, omo na wa for this brits oh, lol, i'm currently waiting for my maintenance fee to mature to 28 days. i'm looking for anybody dat has been granted visa to study at uni aberdeen so i go know how far, my visa letter stated the ffg:

1 evidence of academic standing
, i presume that's my school cert
2 english language qual, exempt, which means i dnt need to show dem my waec cert
3 referee's letter, not provided to student,sent to the school by referees on confidential basis, which means i dont need to provide them with that


but i still have this itchiness to provide my waec cert, hope this wont affect my application process??

and the money in the acc is 10000 usd which is 6000gbp, hope it isnt insufficient

@debosky, thanks for your suggestion.well i really have no more choice right now as i tried to transfer to subsea all to no avail, i thought a broad course was for a fresh graduate with no experience and vice versa?,

please does anybody knows how good msc energy futures(oil and gas) is at the university of aberdeen as i'm kinda having doubts on the course .i tried to change to subsea engineering but i was denied, please if u have any idea on the credibilty of the course please hala, thanks, kind regards
