Hi to all Romancelanders, please I need your views/help, whatever you call it. There's this lady I've been dating for less than two years, I love her so much and she knows it. Things were fine between us (on my part sha) until sometimes last year when she called, only to tell me she cheated on me and had sex with one guy. Honestly at first, I wasn't angry or mad as it didn't strike me so hard I guess. But it later got to me and I felt so mad, angry cos I have NEVER cheated on this girl, not even with a kiss or hug with another lady just for you guys to know how much I respect, love and committed myself to her. I was very mad but she begged and condemned herself, regretting what she did. I told her I've forgiven her and I really want to but I later realised I haven't cos I still remember everything and it makes me more angry and it's very hurtful. I don't knw if I can ever forgive her, she broke my heart and betrayed my trust. I feel so betrayed. I want to call it quit but she said she may kill herself if I leave her but I can't say it's just mere talk as I've heard of people do crazier things besides, I don't want to have a conscience of someone that died cos of me. Now, I'm just confused, how do I completely forgive and forget she ever cheated me. Someone said I'm being emotionally blackmailed. When I look at her, I feel so hurt and can't just imagine she could do that to me. I don't trust her anymore and the love has obviously reduced. Please what do I do and how do I deal with this situation?

The ability to revoke messages are also present in this section but at the moment they are in development. @WABetainfo on Twitter mentions that at the moment these features have been disabled after they were rolled out to the beta versions.

The other feature that will be coming to Whatsapp is the ability to delete status from the Status Bar. The Status bar is a feature very similar to Instagram Stories. This also shows that the developing team is working the best features from other platforms in their own app. It will be interesting to see how this works out. This feature along with the other tow mentioned before is disabled.


These features hint at the direction the company is taking in terms of adding new features and functionalities. Keeping things up-to-date and listening to consumers is very important as that is what will drive growth. We are excited and cannot wait to see these updates up and working and being rolled out to every user.

NOKIA 3310 RELAUNCH RELEASE DATE – WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

As per Blass’ report on Venture Beat, HMD plans to unveil the re-imagined retro phone during the company’s press event at MWC 2017 later this month. MWC, or Mobile World Congress, is an annual technology trade show that’s held in Barcelona each year.

HMD has already confirmed a press conference for the show, with rumors of several Nokia Android smartphones, lined up for launch: the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 included. But Blass believes there will be room for one more product debut, and that’s the Nokia 3310 relaunch.

NOKIA 3310 RELAUNCH PRICE – HOW MUCH WILL THE NEW PHONE COST?

When the Nokia 3310 launched at the turn of the century, it was a fairly costly beast at £129.99 / ₦51,000 – that was on Pay As You Go with Orange, Cellnet, or One2One. The handset was also available for £29.99 / ₦11,770 on a 12-month contract with Vodafone.

Within a few years, prices fell as low as £45 / ₦17,655. But given the handset’s cult status, prices have increased once again. On Amazon, for instance, you can expect to pay £66.99 / ₦26,286 for a used Nokia 3310 via the Marketplace.

The good news is that Evan Blass believes the new Nokia 3310 revamp will be priced far more economically. In his report, he claims the phone’s starting price will be €59 / ₦23,540, which is about £50 / ₦19,616 at current exchange rates.

The likelihood is that this phone will be intended as a trusty spare handset for those who don’t want to risk damaging their expensive iPhone 7 or Samsung Galaxy S7. The device may also see some success in emerging markets – but given the fact that Android smartphones can be bought for less, we’d be surprised.

NOKIA 3310 RELAUNCH SPECS – HOW POWERFUL WILL THE NEW PHONE BE?

By today’s standards, the Nokia 3310 is basically a useless hunk of plastic. The monochrome display had a paltry 84 x 48-pixel resolution, which is a far cry from the 2,560 x 1,440-pixel Super AMOLED display you’d get on the Galaxy S7, for instance.

It worked on just two cellular bands, GSM 900 and GSM 1800, which are hardly comparable to the blisteringly fast 4G speeds that today’s networking offers us. On the plus side, it was fairly light at 133g and offered a decent 55-hour standby time.

Of course, obvious downsides included no Bluetooth, no camera, and the fact that it was powered by an MAD2WD1 processor, which would crumble at the first sight of a modern app.

That said, it did come with four games pre-installed: Snake II, Pairs II, Space Impact and Bantam. The first was by far the most popular, so we’d be very surprised if the Nokia 3310 relaunch didn’t come bundled with some variant of the game.

As far as specs go for the new phone, we’re not quite sure what to expect. HMD could very easily retain the small size of the phone but build in a much higher-resolution display. We’d also expect a nippier processor, 3G connectivity and, hopefully, Bluetooth.

YouTube has jumped the live video bandwagon by rolling out the mobile live streaming feature. At the moment this feature is only open for channels which have more than 10,000 subscribers. This means that after testing and tweaking the feature, the feature will be rolled out to the rest of the users.

Google has been a little slow in working on bringing the option of live videos through smartphones or tablets, while users can live stream through a computer.
