Please house am so confused for a refusal that states u did not qualify for open an work permit because you did not provide sufficient information about ur spouse being a full-time student in a DLI school A GCM note was ordered and a reconsideration letter was made and every document for the spouse was provided both enrollment now gcm not Is out. It says your application values changed from male to female which I have reviewed the information I provided I can't see any changes. Those this has anything to do with DLI I need help ohhhhhh.

Please house, for a refusal that states that you did not demonstrate that that your spouse is a full time student in a qualified program in a DLI school. Please I want to ask if IRCC have implemented the law because the spouse school fees, enrollment, study permit where all included and the school is a DLI but is a 4Years degree programme. Please I need help on what to do. Is there any other way around this to explain to IRCC or is uit just to reapply again.

This one is asking for trouble.
They will just cancel his visa one time. First he must enter Canada, pay school fees and enrol with the first school before he can change dli.

His worry now is how he would be allowed to enter Canada and possibly be allowed by the first school to still enroll for a program that has started since July. That should be his concern. What will he tell them at POE? He shouldn't even bother showing them new LOA at POE. They will send him back immediately[/quote]

Please house I have someone who has gotten visa but his school has long started since July but have not paid any school fees but wants to travel before end of this August with another admission letter from another school and school fees paid to the new school hope there will be no problem please I need your advice on this.

There should be no issue. Just have all your documents handy including POF (bank account statement either on paper or soft copy, mobile app or something to show your POF). For some, nothing is checked except correspondence letter, admission letter and passport etc.

Ups no longer do 2 way delivery. U HV to contact vfs for their own courier or u go there by urself from 12pm -2pm to collect it by urself
