Sad but funny thing is that.. She stays with her husband but the man is kinda useless! He doesn't do anything than to dye his hair. The husband should be within age 30-33 years old.

I don't know how to start, but, I am a kind of person who love to share an issue off my mind when I'm pained or dissatisfied about it.

To the real story:
On Thursday morning, my neigbour came to me. I have always greeted her anyways, she is a young woman with 2 kids, 29 years old. She complained about how it has been tough for her financially. - Who hasnt felt the grip of Buhari's regime, I said to myself.

She pleaded with me to give her some money as to be able to feed her children and all that.

I told her about my problem as well since I have been out of job myself - but seeing her, I saw she needed help at least for the sake of her children.

I went inside my flat and I gave her 2K which I explained to her to use it to get the kids some food to eat. And I sacrificed by breakfast for her and the kids.

I didn't see her till the following Sunday. When she did saw me she started complaining again about how she and her kids haven't eaten that same day. I enquired to know what she bought with the money I gave her. She removed her scaff and told me to my greatest shock that she used the money to make her HAIR and bought body cream. I was dumbfolded for a minute!

Really So, I rendered help during Buharinomics only for this young woman to use the money to make her hair and buy cream!

From that moment, I said to myself!!! 'NO MORE MR.NICE GUY' if she comes crying blood to me! I am not rendering any help again!

I know most of you will yarb me sha!

Thank Goodness, your supposed husband is showing what he really is before marriage! How can he be threatening you with break-up because you didn't sleep over at his place? Meaning.. When you are married and you did something wrong.. Guess what dearie!! He will threaten you with DIVORCE or turn you to an object!

Is it not lawlessness for our POLICEMEN to arrest someone for a civil matter/ case of contract breach without first having the court decide?

I said Arrested not detained. You know the type of country we live in. No one will willingly go to court when be summoned. He can feign that he never saw the court notice.

This is why I hate being, or even sounding, desperate before an employer. Some of these people are like the devil. Give you a "juicy" contract with one hand and with the other hand, include some soul-sapping clauses.

A lot of our artistes signs contract when they are desperate without so much consideration. Skales signed similar 'slave contract' of giving his company 70% of profit which include endorsement and other third party deals. That's why after Skales signed that multimillion deal with MTN, the result didn't reflect in his way of life... And he keeps chunking out music almost every 2 months just to put money in his own pocket as well.

A tenant holds what is called a 'Leasehold interest' of the apartment till the expiration of his tenancy period. The only way, a landlord can enter tenants house is by 'Court injuction'. There was no court injunction.. So, you can sue for 'Trespass of your Leasehold Interest'

What are you saying?? The only time a Landlord can enter the tenant's house without consent can ONLY be done with court consent! It is totally unlawful! Infact, in law, the tenant will sue for trespass!
If it is bloody house, the tenant paid for the house so, the tenant has a leasehold interest of the house till the expiration of the tenancy period!!
BTW, I am Estate Manager (B.Tech).. I know what I'm saying, there is no way, the Landlord can win in the court of law if he was sued.

How can a Landlord enter a Tenant's apartment without tenant's consent.
