O men I am still surprised we qualified to the final stage of Ghana2008.

You guys are blaming Vogts that guy has not done anything. It is the level to which Eguavoen, Onigbide, and Chukwu has reduced the super Dove sorry Eales to. More disgrace they come. Even country like Seychelles and somalia go soon dey beat us.
Niger was even eager to beat us. When we scored the penalty at Niger, the Nigeriens were eager to carry on with the game to get the equaliser as soon as possible, imagine that. No fear whatsoever for the so called super eagles. This just tells us the extent to which we've dropped.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (Old) by dinozzo(m): 1:35pm On Jun 19, 2007
I-man:
Shame on Gunners.Gunners always use the excuse of parsimony to explain away their failures. However, their wage bill is not far off that Utd and higher than that of Liverpool's(who finished above them for the 2nd season running)

http://www.worldsoccer.com/news/Premiership_wage_bill_tops_1billion_news_122223.html

Top wage bills
Chelsea - £114m
Manchester Utd - £85m
Arsenal - £83m
Liverpool - £69m
Newcastle Utd - £52m

Liverpool at least won the FA Cup and finished at least 15 points ahead of you in the League.Shame on Gunners

Gunners earning were also higher than that of Liverpool:
Manchester United was once again the biggest earners, making £167.7m.
They were followed by Chelsea on £152.8m, Arsenal on £133m and Liverpool on £121.6m.
you know you guys should just form a Gunners haters thread or something so that you can post all your shite about Arsenal there and leave this thread for Gooners.
SportsRe: Is Laliga Better Than English Premiership ? by dinozzo(m): 1:24pm On Jun 19, 2007
there is more depth in la liga. Very hard to win games on the road in the spanish liga. I also admire the spanish league for the way its played. More skill is shown unlike the premier league which relies solely on pace (kick and follow). But in terms of excitement I'll go with the english league, the atmosphere in which premiership games are played is terrific coupled with the fast pace and tempo of the game makes it more exciting and all in all better. Thats just my opinion.

RuuDie:
ETO'O IS MILAN's TOP TARGET
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=439700&cc=3888
Guess this means that Milans chances of getting Sheva back is getting slimmer by the day - but i always knew Milan would love to have Eto'o who wouldn't ?.

Back to Henry, Barca saga:

La'Porta had promised the Catalan faithful Henry; not a Henry/Eto'o combo - meaning, Barca could still afford to let Eto'o go - but to where  huh odds are on Milan, Barca cannot be as foolish as Chelski was when they used Gallas as a bargain chip, Barca have money and they can comfortably sort the Gunners 4 Henry and still make some by selling Eto'o to Milan, why go 4 a player swap  huh
on the other hand, the Gunners just don't have 'nuff cheddars 2 square-off with Milan !

Wenger is feeling that he can do without Henry and besides he ain't getting no younger - so Henry's definitely like the pun in this very intriguing "chess-like" transfer imbroglio

------- and it only gets more intriguing: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/gossip_and_transfers/6766157.stm

Barcelona want Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to become their new boss, with Frank Rijkaard expected to step down after his side were pipped to the Spanish title by Real Madrid. (The Sun)
Its all shite. Wenger has stated clearly that he is going to stay till his contract expires next year. The papers prints rubbish to get attention.

galaticos are back, superb display by madrid. They truly deserved it and no better way for Beckham and Carlos to leave.
SportsRe: Vogts: 'I Cannot Live In Nigeria' by dinozzo(m): 1:42pm On Jun 18, 2007
time will tell if he gets the results we want. But I don't see what he'll do that Eguavoen can't do.

SportsRe: Full Time In Niamey: Niger (1) - Nigeria (3) by dinozzo(m): 1:34pm On Jun 18, 2007
don't think the result we got in Niamey had anything to do with Vogts we could've gotten it with Eguavoen even maybe a better result. We beat Algeria at their home ground 5-2 in the last game of the 2006 world cup qualifiers.

i play in my local club, i represented my uni against southern universities and won the competion. might not seem that tough but it was.-n even if u haven't played for a while it should come back to u once u see a racket let alone pick up one. so don't worry, unless u are shite. lol
i've played with a lot of men that can't hit the ball to save their lives but at first they'll swear blind that they'll whoop me.

u know i'm fond of u, no brutality was meant lol
ina men, you never said you played for ur uni and won competitions got to bow down, I just played it for fun and to stay fit never really paticipated in any competitions except mini competitions between friends and I won most. Don't get me wrong I still feel i'll beat you. I know i would've gone far if I had the chance to compete on a bigger stage.

i only attack as attack is the best defence. trust me, u don't know how much i wish i can humiliate u on court. chai
where do you play? you tempting me. I've been playing since I was a kid the only disadvantage I have now is that I haven't played in a while.

nnenneigbo:
its not always a good idea to serve huge against an oponent that enjoys it, the faster the better for me. more chance of me hitting a returns winner. i know like i said before that its not possible for you to beat me.
Too bad there is no way to prove it, I would've taught you a lesson or two. Trust me you'll call it quits before we finish the first set. I like attacking but quite good on the defence.
SportsRe: Good Lawd Check Out Serena Williams by dinozzo(m): 12:07am On Jun 16, 2007
nnenneigbo:
why are u waing if its a nice pic

trust me, u'll score against me, but only when i double of hit it out, i'm used to playing with men so don't think u can beat me. i know for a afact that its not possible
really you're making me think of getting a new racket and balls. I don't think you'll be able to return my serves because thats what I take advantage of. 18 aces plus breaking your serves and i'll be one set up.

SportsRe: Tennis: ATP Tournaments by dinozzo(m): 11:18pm On Jun 15, 2007
I believe Nadal will perform better on the hard court in years to come. His poor performances on the hard courts ( aussie and us open) was due to him not being at his best form when playing those championships.

PURE WATER, all jokes apart, i think they gettin her weak point, because she's getting whooped this days
Really, she won the Aussie open and a couple of smaller tournaments before the french open, i think she's getting back to the top.
