I am considering if I can buy a nexus inverter freezer like yours though 150 litres.
Does it retain ice for long as they claimed?
In fact how is the general performance of your freezer so far, is it something you can recommend for someone, what is the down side of the freezer?

I have tried this very version some time ago and it didn't work.
 Here is the process I have taken so far.
I renamed the file to .bin, then copied it into my flash drive.  I then plugged the flash drive into the usb port in front.On powering the decoder, I started pressing the power button for several seconds but the decoder didn't yield any respond.Am I missing anything?

Modified sinewave inverter is a low budget inverter for people who don't have much as at the moment... Most clients we used it for upgraded after a year or there about.

I have been using it for my personal solar powered inverter system for two years now, and it's okay, it powers my Laptop, table size fridge, AC/DC Fan, phone chargers, and a bulb.

Here is the list of it Limitations:
1. It can't power POP bulbs
2. It can't power devices that have a particular type of capacitor in it. Example Rechargeable torchlight (the ones that uses power cord, not the USB type), it will burn it.
3. It gives a huming sound with adapter (Laptop adapter, Starlink, fan adapter etc)
4. It's best used with 150AH and above battery capacity, because of the charging current, which will shorten the lifespan of the battery

But, so far, it's been a life saver for the masses. Inconclusion, anyone using it or planning to, should have at the back of their mind that they must upgrade real soon.

There is this model they call EURONET inverter, 1KW.
They said it can't power up with controller voltage (12v) supplied to it unless battery is attached. Moreso, it doesn't charge battery
on its own when connected to mains.
Is the above true, do you think it is a good inverter for a start?

There is this general believe that modified sine wave inverters like the one above are not usually so compatible

Reloading OS on 497s is a bit technical as it involves unscrewing the decoder, a PC and an rs232 cable. So if u still have warranty I advise you claim it and let them fix it.

You can only reload the software when you can make this device read from usb/flash … once that mytv logo shows and reboot it is bricked. I have heard similar issue on same 497s I tried marking it boot from usb to no avail so i had to send it back to strong and it was fixed within a month

My SRT 497s decoder displays only MYTV LOGO for like 2 sec and goes blank. It doesn't recognize remote control any longer. No activity at all .Only the 'ON INDICATOR' is seen. Pressing the power button does nothing too.
Please help.
