Dear PCMs, i think NYSC and FG must have agreed to make the issue of " NO FUND RELEASED" as an excuse to achieve NYSC aim of moving back to 3 batches they promised last year or earlier this year...

OK let us look at it this way...

there is something i think you guys (PCMs) don't seem to understand, have you forgotten that NYSC planned to go back 3 batched this year? ... Now , the issue is this (my opinion) if NYSC had allowed stream 2 to move to camp at the earlier date specified there would not be any chance for them to move back to there 3 batches agender because there won't be any mobilization until Oct/Nov when 2015 batch b will be passing out and that would make it 2batches this year, so I believe their plan now will be around July before the camp will be opened for 2016 batch A stream 2 and then another mobilization will come up by November, so making 3 batches this year and by next year the 3 batches will be replaced by another 3 batches and then making 2016 batch A stream 1 to be replace by 2017 batch A ( though may contain stream 1 and 2) also 2016 batch A stream 2 will be replaced by 2017 batch B ( may also be stream 1 & 2) and then finally 2016 batch B will be replaced by 2017 batch C there by fulfilling there aim to move back to 3 batches.

at first, NYSC was complaining about unavailability of fund to mobilize batch A stream 2 and now government had made the money available to them and they still went ahead and postponed the programme, now my point is this .... if anything should ever happen to that money , I mean if they decide to embezzle the money or misappropriate the fund, thereby affecting the mobilization of batch B this year, I promise them i will be the first person to lead the war...
