lat4real: 364mb user available ram? Which kind system applications dey use up remaining ram? Thank God i chose thl w100 with tons of updates and custom Rom plus 650mb+ user available memory.

available spqce is bout 966mb.. then system apps use up bout 557mb.. then free ram is bout 364 or 397mb..

post a screenshort of ur ram memory, wit apps closed..

its.not bad at all.
. but im a sucker.for.more free ram..

gionee is d best..

4peace: No you can not flash any cfw rom s8 from nigeria,india firmware but you can do so with chinese.(may change later oo)

i have tried 5 rom + 1 i ported on my own=6

and you are now on GioNEE default rom?

when i was on chinese firmware they did 2 upgrades
recent one was release on 01/08/2013

Hope the update will make it at par with india and chinese.
but from my use i discovered nigeria firmware is more stable and complete to rest #IMO

was u able to flash any of the custom rom straight from the nigerian firmware? Asking cause of some comments @ xda developer. And not ready to try any custom rom cause i dont see anything wrong with follow come

Coolstan: both devices have the same model number (Tecno F7) so whatever rooting method works on one will definitely work on the other.

Just because they have thesame model number? Only that?. Same method that root htc Chacha will root Tecno P3...so na same model number them get? Only say what you know sha...that root method was not even made specificlly for tecno f7. Based on other device behaviour u wont understand at ur level.

biz2get: you know what... one thing that made me like the f7 + a+ is the s4 looks it has...
when I saw that look at first I just loved it lol...
but there's one thing I keep telling folks who ask me about phones on whatsapp and all
i.e you can't really tell if a phone is good when its still new...
hardware n battery just parked up new...
but after like 1month of heavy usage you will discover the flaws of the phone your self ..
then you will begin to hate on it
and son time you just end up giving your granmas haha

1 thing about gadget is, if you dont use 1 u wont know hw powerful it is. Dont wait for a few user review. I got a HP2000 notebook from the US of recent. User review made me hate this notebook even before it arrived nigeria. But after usage and tweaking for 3months, mehn i can call it the best PC in my school. I was able to tweak my crappy intel HD GMA to 1.0gb VRAM. U need to see pes13 and other High end pc games on my HP2000.
As for this gionee e3, just got mine and so far no bad news, i know its ma job to tweak it to my taste.

bLacK GoLd: I'm surprised just you and 4peace have this stuff running. None of this recovery files work for me. Also, i tried to do a factory reset but i observed it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Asides from the look of this phone, i'm beginning to hate everything about it;
- No decent ringtones
- Not working with my Platronics Bluetooth
- Not working well with my Klipsh ear phones
- So so so over bloated with crap software!

Anyway, i will keep searching around for a way to get CWM on this after which i'd be able to decide whether to sell or keep.

Because u dont have enuf knowledge to port custom rom, u rain all dis insult on E3, feel free to sell it sha. I go buy @25k self if u want.
