Northerners are smart and playing with people intelligence.
Because we had Nddc , they came up with North west development commission until other zones started demanding for their own regional development commissions.
Now they also saw that there was amnesty granted militants and a programme to resettle them was created( even though it has been turned into a money siphoning ventures by politicians and their collaborators), they came up with rehabilitating terrorists which is not just irrational but very dishonest .

Northern Muslims are using the terrorists to achieve their aim of Islamic Republic of Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws;
while southsouth militants use militancy for their own private pockets.

So if not for cheap cash from crude oil holding Nigerian politicians together, the masses from north and south wouldn't mind dissolving Nigeria into more manageable countries.
