You may be right.
A university degree is voided if there are no secondary and primary schools education before attending university. That is, in a normal country, no electoral commission can accept Tinubu as presidential candidate, until the Chicago University clarifies the qualifications that it used to admit Tinubu to study for a bachelors degree.
