liveLongNprospa:Let me give you a snippet of my reality: 1. Yesterday I concluded the website for an international marathon holding next year attracting the biggest brands. 2. Same yesterday I finished the pitchdeck and brochure to A-lsit brands. 3. This evening I complete a manifesto of someone running for an executive position lower than the president. 4. On Tuesday I am having a meeting the reporters from national newspapers in preparing for the press conference for number 1. 5. On Monday, I'm sending out brand identity packages. 6. On Wednesday, I''d create time to begin building of the website to validate my proof of concept for a digital product I have been quietly building to reach an MVP since last year. That's if I don't get overworked for delivering timelines for clients. That's what tech did for me. In fact, here's my current profile picture on Facebook which I'd remove in 5 minutes. See?/I didn't bother hiding my face. This is my reality. ![]() [Picture removed] |
Donjazet2:You might have convînced people to get their PVCs but how many have you convinced to votePeter Obi? How many has the Oasis guy convince to BÁT? Getting PVCs and getting votes for your candidates are two different cases? LiveandProspa asked about broke people criticising rich people here? My reply is and always would be, if you have to feel intimidáted amongst rich people, there's an insecurity stemming from your brokénnéss .Your first priority should be weéding out that insecurity by changing your bróke situation. You might not have millions but ensure you move out of the broke zone. Yeah, billions are broke. Well, billions are dead too. Then instead of just criticizing like him, I went on to explain how he can get monetizable coding skills at no extra cost to him. I gave out the knowledge free and I can post several screenshots of several young men who inbox me on Facebook when I comment on Facebook pages of blogs to help them get started in tech to change their financial situation. Codîng and related skills helped me turn my immediate ex-boss into my client for some years now. That's just one of the many things it has helped me achieve. It is changing the lives of millions. I don't do cryptó and never comment on it. It's not my thing So I wouldn't advice a broke person to do what I haven't tried. Like I stated, my post isn't for him or you but for the confused lad out there who might stumble on this post. You are the one comparing apples and oranges by interjecting how you got people to get their PVCs to a post about a broke person focusing most on changing his financial situation. And you are crossing a line. Be careful. Be very careful. ![]() |
donstan18:His arguments are actually valid. Salah and Mane top the charts for big chances missed this season (Number 1 and 4 respectively); While Havertz comes at number 10 below Ronaldo, Jota, Kane, Son and Sterling. Pulisic is Number 22 and Werner, Number 45. Mount is Number 74. Chelsea isn't creative enough to feed its forwards. https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/47/stats/season/16390/players/big_chance_missed/premier-league https://www.kickest.it/en/premier-league/stats/players/big-chance-missed Salah also tops the charts for big chances missed this season in the UCL across all teams in Europe while Havertz comes at Number 7. So, why is Salah scoring more? It's because he isfed more chances. The guy you quoted is right. https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/42/stats/season/16407/players/big_chance_missed/champions-league Emotions and assumptions can never be valid as facts. ![]() |
obixcel:I know the history of these people that's why they are scared of me. You are using a shortgun. It works, but here's an RPG to decimate her; The Amazon girl used to go by the moniker " DiddyDiva " . Back in 2015, she ran the biggest romance scam Nairaland has ever witnessed. In 2015, she lured a good natured guy, Tosyne2much, into a relationship by wooing him in public : https://www.nairaland.com/2207366/wooing-challenge-2015-female-edition/8#31832066 . The dude fell for it, innocent and freespirited as we all knew him to be then. The faux feminist conned our guy into picking her bills and even begged him to buy her a phone and other gifts. She was a dependent and broke. Being the whor-e that she is, she cheated on him with several men and Tosin found out. They broke up and Tosyne demanded his phone gift back - it was supposedly an Itel phone. https://www.nairaland.com/2811146/romance-section-most-controversial-characters#41143332 Let's not even begin with how she deactivated, created a new moniker and deactivated. The she returned with the "RuthDaniels" moniker and tried to scam my buddy Lezz in 2017. He didn't know about her antecedence but I warned him to stay away as she was trying to warm her way into his private space. She knows what she's doing with PrideofLincoln2. It's interesting to watch which scammer would scam the other first. ![]() |
budaatum:Perfect. If I do so, you would have to write an apology to me and everyone on this then deactivate your account? Agree to this then it's game on! ![]() Tab opened and waiting to edit the Wikipedia article. |
melodyogonna:Her exact reply to you after asking her how your performance was minutes after tumbling beneath the sheets with her: "You did your best but na just rubbish sha", she quipped. ![]() |
Godx:I'm a Barça fan and if you follow the many intrigues at the club, you'd have known there's no way Messi would have been allowed to go. No club would have paid that amount without getting into serious trouble with UEFA. And the club was unwilling to (Bartomeu kept increasing his release clause every time Messi signed a new contract). Also, ardent followers of the intrigues at the club over the years knew Messi wants the club president gone, including him never fully supporting the choice of coaches since Luiz Enrique in 2014. Predictable that Suarez would hang on with Messi subtly dictating the football-related moves at the club now being his bestfriend and with Koeman put under leash. There was powerplay involved. He did something similar in 2009/2010 to keep Pep Guardiola in line - revolting, and Pep ceased trying to tame him or dictate what he does. I saw all of that happening more than a week ahead and kept reiterating , you didn't. Those are the points. ![]() |
DissTroy:Messi stays, takes control of the team and now his best friend makes a U-turn and is staying. Koeman has stopped pushing for Suarez to leave. Game of Thrones. |
Amotolongbo:Not an excuse. In America, there are more blacks from broken homes than any other ethnicity. |
Forgetting memories is why blacks are openly supporting Joe Biden of the Democrats to be POTUS. The same Biden who voted to support the barring of blacks from white schools, communities, positions and mass imprisonment using the infamous Jim Crow Law years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPUFwmZN9eo . Biden has openly been racist against blacks but same dumb blacks support him, seeing that the racist CNN and NYT promote him too. Martin Luther King jr warned against the Democrats too and their systematic racism: . |
ZooOga:This hálfwït is presenting a Wikipedia link as the sole evidence in a debate. You do realize anybody can edit most Wikipedia articles as long as you meet basic editing rules and know how to edit using Wiki codes, right? A Stormy Daniels article is not considered high priority. To prove you wrong further, I could go edit that article and insert any silly Leftist comment from this thread and my edits would scale through the approval process in less than an hour. You want to bet on that? |
Chachess6:The dumb Biden doesn't known where he is half the time. Remember when CNN were the first to call the Coronavirus "Chinese virus" in January then went nuts accusing Trump f racism when he started repeating it in March. When they were called out with evidence from their own videos and Tweets of starting the "China virus" tag, they played blind and just ignored it like nothing happened. Chrissy Steigen, Kamala Harris and many more politicians and celebrities on the Left kept calling for the police to be defined since May. In fact, the increased attacks on Candace Owens since that period and Trump was because they kicked against defunding the police. Biden is a racist -halfwit. Freaking hell. Call Obama anything but he was smart and articulate. How on Earth did he endorse Biden? Was he held at gunpoint? |
zendi:Maybe. But you are arguing with/vying against Leftists. Everyone knows the Leftists never want to debate on facts but would beat around the bush just to distract from the point. They'd pick holes even though genuine publications support your source. They are rarely ever rational so you must always flaw and floor them without giving them escape routes. |
sexylassie2:Trump supporters are even reposting and campaigning against Joe Hiden using compilations of all the 'beautiful' things Kamala Harris attacked him during their Presidential Primaries run. Blacks are attacking Kamala Harris because of her atrocities and role in sending several black men to prison (some without the option of parole when they could have had it) during her time as Attorney General. The friends and families and people she jailed can't swallow having to vote for her. Another reason why the black community aren't enthusiastically campaigning for her. They'd insult Trump and attack him but they rarely would counter with support for Kamala, even online. Voter turnout in the black community would be poorer than Obama's time and even worse than when Hillary contested. |
zendi:Don't use Breitbart. I attack Leftists for depending on CNN or other openly biased media outlets as their evidence during debates. There are other credible sources you can use. Breitbart is the Bloomberg of the Right. Because both CNN, Bloomberg or Breitbart are openly irrationally biased, nobody takes them seriously any longer. |
basilico:You are forgetting one vital piece of information too: The Obama administration openly and overwhelmingly supported the Muslim Brotherhood led by Muhammed Morsi to take over Egypt in the thick of the Arab Spring even though the Muslim Brotherhood was banned and regarded as a sectarian/terrorist group, even in parts of the Middle East. Infact Morsi came directly from the US to take over. (Google this). It was like supporting Hezbollah to rule a country. Look what happened after that. During the same period, Obama was negotiating payments to Iran. Videos and articles (even from Leftist media outlets) abound about these. |
CapitalCee:Actually, Madrid can and most likely would if the players are up for sale. There's a reason Madrid is nicknamed "The Galacticos" - it's always prided itself in having an asemblage of football's most sort after superstars at every given point. There's just been a two-year lull now but I bet Papa Perez is working on going back to default. |
tesppidd:The players are good. Very good. There's just one thing: they lack what Messi has - that X-factor. That obvious superstar, headline-grabbing ability, mesmerizing quality about them and proven antecedence of leading a team. Asides Messi and Ronaldo, the only other person currently in football who has that is Neymar, and those obvious features are why Barça bought Neymar, Messi saw him as his heir and now wants him to return. Same thing Ronaldinho and Barça saw in teenage Messi so it was relatively easier to let the former go. The pain of letting Messi leave when he wanted to would have been at least slightly masked by the consolation of a heir like Neymar. |
disstroyy:Well, would you look at that. The Barça ultras have turned on Bartomeu. He's been accused of corruption and upstaging the dynamics of the Barcelona and they are asking him to resign. Apparently players have turned against him now, especially Pique. Top trending issue on Twitter right now. Worse even, Messi granted the exclusive interview to Goal.com which is pro-Messi and a very influential football media outlet with the most active community and engagements. |
FirstbornWds:And I still want Guardiola back at the club. Most Barça fans still want him back. It's why Barça fans follow him around and are now Man. City fans too. Really difficult to let go of the ex who treated you best, even though the break-up was on the friendliest of terms. Adiwana:The money is the least interest for fans and the club, yet it's obvious the money is needed. Even if there's a bid for him worth a £ 1 billion, there's just this nagging realization that the club is never going to be the same without Messi. And we are too scared to face that reality. Even if he decides to play for three more years, can you really say the fans would be fully prepared then to see him go or even retire? I know I am not. And I'm not alone. |
[ Adiwana:...That's if Bartomeu's psyche holds up till then. Most people don't realize it but a very vocal and sizeable section of the Barça fanbase are ultras. Have you seen them during rival games, street parades, clashes with rival fans, and online? Vicious but somehow we escape negative media coverage. Online, for example, no fanbase trolls harder than Barça fans. Nicknames like "Missi", "Eibarman" and the likes have never trended on social media but whether Ronaldo is playing or not, Barça fans would make "Penaldo", "Tapnaldo" and "Tap-in Merchant" trend top ten on Twitter every week that Ronaldo gets to react to it in interviews every time. I don't think Bartomeu can survive vicious attacks from those ultras if they turn on him. I actually want to see it happen. It'd be sweet to watch. |
Adiwana:Like a Stage-2 Cancer patient, Barça would sure be thankful for the extra time. Hopefully, the Bartomeu did what he had to do for the club and for the league. If you followed the developing stories, Bartomeu kept insisting he's not interested in any deal which doesn't involve Messi staying at the club, regardless of who was ready to buy him. Bartomeu knew he'd take the blame so he quickly sacrificed someone in his stead - Abidal. Too bad everyone wanted more heads rolling. There'd be major changes definitely. Team. Messi would get the players he wants (except Neymar). Barcelona would want to avoid another scandal like this one. I really don't trust Koeman's coaching ability but I know things would never like they've been in the last five years at Barça. Maybe it's because we've been judging every coach with the Guardiola yardstick. |
tesppidd:Messi just turned the fans on Bartomeu. And fans have been eagerly waiting for a scape goat for a while now. He's losing the next election then or would have to resign/ step aside. Major changes would happen. Major changes. I noticed Koeman has toned down on his audacious speeches and affront on the players he doesn't want in the team. |
Hunchogee:LOL. Da, Ete, afo kere abo afo n'nem n'nem mme anie'wo? Ibom Deep Seaport (otherwise known as "Ibaka Deep Seaport" ) is located at Ibaka community in Mbo L.G.A of the state. This is as obvious as the stars on a cloudless night. Even more so if you are from Eket axis. Except you mean "Eket" as in "Eket Senatorial District" as against Eket L.G.A which you most likely implied. Again, I'd rather not argue with you about the administration's much-touted industrialization drive. Let's not wash our 'family's' dirty dirty linen in public. I'd state this regardless: He has good intentions but he's mostly putting square human pegs in round positional wholes. Industrialization regardless, certain policies would vastly improve the economy, especially harnessing the wealth in the state's waters. But I guess we aren't ready to have that discussion and harnessing those potentials. |
Hunchogee:You're preaching to the choir. Ibom Deep Seaport is located in Mbo L.G.A. Erm, don't get me started on the coconut refinery. There are things I shouldn't reveal on Nairaland. Let's focus on the jetties. I'd rather the governor concentrates on the state controlling the activities of what happens on the coastline. If you know the monies made on the shores of Oron and Ibaka alone daily, the hundreds of millions of naira, you'd know why those places are priorities. Seafood and more. One shark fin is 5,000 dollars on the shores of Oron. Find out how many shark fins are sold daily. Crayfish, crabs, and many more. I'm not even counting drilled crude oil yet. Handled well, Akwa Ibom State doesn't even need to depend on its humongous oil wealth. Now you get an idea of the opportunities being wasted. |
NkanAkpanika:You realize the supposed Onna Jetty isn't as economically viable as the efforts which should have been channeled towards Ibeno, Oron or even 'Alu City', right? I understand UGE is trying to leave his own imprints in Onna where he hails from but it's akin to a white elephant project compared to the ROI if it were the aforementioned jetties/places. And no, Akwa Ibom has never been a one-city state. Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom is the first LGA in Nigeria and has better city planning that Umuahia, Abia State capital. Eket has been a thriving city for decades, and home to oil companies. Itu has been historical and a focal point in Akwa-Cross trade and relations. Ikot Abasi has been more developed before Owerri even came into existence (Ikot Abasi was the centre of colonial rule, besides Lokoja and Calabar, and was the shipping city/port during the slave trade era). Uyo is metropolitan and a megacity composing of 6 L.G.As. The only way anyone can state AKS is a one-city state is if they are ignorant or they know you aren't articulate enough to state a defense for the state. Asides Lagos, no other state, especially in the South South, can match Akwa Ibom's developmental credentials. And I don't even need to like the governor to state these facts. |
BlueAngel444:Not even in a gazillion years would you or anyone you hold in high esteem on this forum be able to match me in a battle of witful articulation or the most psyche-piercing cusswords. Nobody has, nobody would. My post history should guide you but if you'd want to make your e-persona a martyr for the hubris-driven folks delusional enough to assume they can stand me, be my guest. Stand underneath the spotlight as the spectators watch you get lynched in this e-amphitheatre. Be rest assured your e-death would be as gruesome as can be - you'd be mauled. ![]() |
BlueAngel444:You've had beer parlour arguments in drunken stupor for too long, you've forgotten how it is to compose yourself civilly amongst sober people in elite settings. We are discussing about the greatest player in football history and you're on about some unknown JoggingHoe. Does this place look like a brothel? |
FirstbornWds:Two seasons. Bartomeu and the club are still insisting they want two more seasons from Messi, with the option of yearly renewal. |
AbdulSleeky:WASHINGTON — The Obama administration secretly gave its blessing to arms shipments to Libyan rebels from Qatar last year, but American officials later grew alarmed as evidence grew that Qatar was turning some of the weapons over to Islamic militants, according to United States officials and foreign diplomats. U.S.-Approved Arms for Libya Rebels Fell Into Jihadis' Hands ... gave its blessing to arms shipments to Libyan rebels from Qatar last year... https://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/06/world/africa/weapons-sent-to-libyan-rebels-with-us-approval-fell-into-islamist-hands.html Never in your skewed existence should you consider yourself worthy of a mental chess with me. I was baiting you all along to get you to outrightly deny Obama didn't fund the arms which got into terrorists' hands. As one who loves the hilarity in ironies, I have deliberately used a liberal-leaning media outlet as proof against the Obama regime/Democrats. The irony of being shot with your own loaded gun, eh? Notice how I have toned down the insults now that I have made you disgrace yourself? I'm the puppeteer who has you on strings- Mental chess is my forte. ![]() |
