I tried the one minute hold on the power button,it went off and came on still stuck at the MI logo.

Settings > Additional Settings > Language and Inputs > Test-to-speech output > Google Text-to-speech output (click on the gear icon) > instal voice data > select the language you wish to disable > disable the download button.

2015 J5 and J7 are experimental J series phones. Terrible cameras on them. Don't even.

I disagree with this, the Samsung J7 2015 version has a very good camera quality. I can attest to it because it is the phone my sister uses.
