I recieved an invitation mail to the assessment centre next week Tuesday. Please does anyone know the pattern of this second phase? Is it a face to face interview or another written interview.

Please correct me, if am wrong. I thought from this forum, the Nurse assessment was cancelled when other role assessments were being conducted in June/July.
How come this is the second phase for Nurse?
Any update for other roles/ positions?

Sorry, your explanation is not clear enough. You said INTERVIEW would happen next month from your earliest post.

Now is said some people will be writing(test I guess) and others certificates will get screened for further studies. It would be a waste of time to screen certificates for those who are not writing and later they write and didn't make the bench mark for the test/ pass the test.

Except you are saying the role 0-3 years experience would write and the experience role applicants certificates would be screened.
I would appreciate your clarity thanks.

I have a friend who wrote on the July batch for Senior Insrtument - IPF/SPI Assurance who was invited for the interviews that held this week. He also confirmed with evidence that the other Instrumentation role (for CTM) also held their interview this week. This is just an update for people that fall in these categories.

Please any update/ news for Senior Security Advisor role? Have they been invited for interview? I would appreciate your response.

Yes na, people don write since. They created a group on whatsapp and info gets posted there on real time. It’s sad they did this, because a Nairaland thread would help future batches.

Please Voice234 have candidates who wrote their SHL Test in July 21st to 27th received interview invites especially 2weeks Friday ago ? If yes, what job roles/positions are you aware of, since you're in a WhatsApp group that get info on real time?

I guess the only update is the guy that wrote that he received his invite last Friday and didn't mention when he wrote the test and role he applied.

The law applicant that got an interview invite, was he/she's SHL test conducted in July 21-27 or months before?

Which are the two roles that have done their interview already?

No but SHL Talent Central sent a registration mail while I was registering for the test. At the end of the test a window page displayed some info and stating the test is completed.

I have done my NLNG Test. Mehn the timing is no ones friend. In God I trust. Today happens to be the final day window / period for the test.

The question is numerical for e.g percentage increase and decrease, currency. Also deductive reasoning like logical reasoning for e.g you are given a list of statements and you are asked which of the statements is true according to the list of statements given. Then you have inductive reasoning like abstract reasoning for e.g you are given diagrams to find out the next in the series.

Please, is the test same with the sample tips sent for practice to have a feel of what the real questions looks like or is it a standard SHL test like that of PWC and other SHL materials? Please I would appreciate your response.
