i dont know about the $20 charge but i have created the adwords campaign and budget for $10 with my current google mail account its just the activation which includes me inputing credit card info(which i dont have cause of my age,and my parents believe once you input master card details it has been exposed to 419ers)

o.k there is this banner i created withpaint for http://www.ngnmedia.com if you go there you'll see it,so is it O.K or i need a logo,if i need a logo who can create one for nothing more than N1,500,if its o.k cheers follow us and comment on the site.

My friends record music but don't get signed or accepted because of curse words(bleep,poo,, ) in the songs,and i just noticed,i don't think Ive heard such in naija songs.abeg is this rule true and really important     2 out of their 11 songs are online(at least that i know of)

well most come to download and go only those that want to upload a songs register and ive sent a general email concerning that,but no replies so the forum is currently empty but songs get downloaded and uploaded(i have no probs with that) its just the forum.
