O.k i love the website building stuff its like my dream to build and run a website my self but i dont know where to start  from and finish at i first started with w3schools got vexed up with how long it took because i needed to learn it urgently and stopped at  the end of css when i learnt how to use html editors like pagebreeze,coffee cup,e.t.c i stopped there permanently got a book called Creating Web Sites: The Missing Manual some months after from amazon and glanced through some by then important pages like s.e.o and making money from your site.
   so i want to start learning fully now and probably finish by september, but i dont know where to start and end,should i finish/graduate from w3schools then finish with the book,then learn joomla, then wordpress, then what and what and what ( )
    or is there a school/university of such in nigeria

i'm sure your mistaking its probably 20k per day of how long the project will take,if its a 4 day project =80,000 pay

most/all foreign web host resellers offer free templates along with their setup but i haven't seen any that offers such and that is what is pulling me from starting my host
in case i'm wrong do you know any nigerian reseller that offers free template along side packages, vbhostnet if your seeing this,i suggest it as a feature.

i'm half way ready to enter the webhosting business but i have no cash for getting someone to design it so i tried to do it with my little html knowlegde and it sucks (resellersdemo (dot) co (dot) cc)  is there a software out there or something thats free so i can use to design the webhost pages or where can i find editable templates free ?

this just occurred back to me what if the reseller package i want to purchase is
