Well, what can i say to encourage those of you who where not called to join us.
Although i wished to see some of you on board this ship i boarded years ago, life process didn't make that happen.
My sincere encouragement is that
1. Those who haven't done masters, kindly pursue that. Not because of job search only but for personal development.
2. Look forward to setting up something for yourself no matter how small, its easier when you are still searching for job than when you are employed. Trust me on this (and i'm personally willing to support this)
3. Don't loose hope in the employment system in this country, I know a lot of people across many multinationals who after getting frustrated looking for jobs eventually got jobs without knowing anybody but GOD.

Big thanks to God on successfully making it through the test stage. Just got a success mail. Anyone with an idea on the next stage? kindly share.

I applied for executive trainee (under electrical engineer) at dangote oil refinery company limited last year august(batch A). I went through all the five stages of the recruitment process ranging from aplitude test, group discussion, panel interview, psychometric test and medical test and by the grace of God I was able to scale through all this stages. Finally I was called to resume for the job this year, presently we are undergoing training in oil refinery operations outside the country.
My advice is that we don't need to get too anxious about this job, what I feel is the Success tips for the recruitment process of dangote oil refinery company are:
1. Group discussion, topics will range from Infrastructural development to health sector, oil Prices etc) during this interview, candidates must be calm, undominering, attentive, giving intelligent contribution).
2. Panel interview(ie one on one interview), if you are invited for this 3rd stage, make sure that you have a clear understanding of the basic concept of your discipline, the secret here is that your cv will play an important role here and it will determine the kind of questions that they will ask you, so make sure you are able to convinced your panelist of your past job experience relevant to your discipline, because most questions asked are very technical and it is discipline based. Be calm and also be confident of what ever you are saying.
3. Psychometric test, at this stage you will be given seven different questions papers to answer for a time duration of two hours, this test is know your personality and behavior under working conditions.
4. Medical test

I'm for Mechanical Engineering please Any advice apart from what you said as it relates to Mechanical being that yours is electrical. Thanks for your anticipated reply as always.

The question is just normal GMAT bro. No graphs required. Just study your GMAT and Current affairs vry wel. We were asked to write Essay too. 50questions under 1hr I think for the GMAT based questions. The essay's alloted time's just 30minutes. 15minutes for each designated Q and A cause you ll b asked to write on 2 out of 3 topics. Success to you bro

Got shortlisted on the 20th too. Access Bank test are pretty easy. But I don't understand the need for pencils when we are gonna have a CBT test. Are we expected to plot graphs? Lol.
