No body asked How the husband bought the ring, u guys are busy blaming Recession:

May be most of this couples work in Ministries or even pension offices where they divert funds meant for pensioners or other hiding benefits but eventually such incomes stopped coming due to current recession.

Remember possibly these pensioners must have rain swearing on them and their families....

what am saying actually is that these couples are facing repacautions. my opinions anyway.
