HealthRe: Why Doctors Go On Strike by djayxpro: 8:04pm On Sep 19, 2009
i cant find a real reason as to why our precious 'life savers' go on strike. all i can see here are money-minded citizens. talking about 96000naira and 106000naira as slary whats dat?. think of the man that earns 50naira in a day. 1500 in a month. Medicine is what you go in to do for humanity's sake. IMAGINE doctors going on strike. even though this thought/imagination has been actualized in our present day Nigeria. i dont want to believe dese 'striken' doctors are what Nigeria breeds. if you cant think of humanity wen doing your job, you are not fit for that position and in terms i expect you to accept and ponder on, YOUR 6-10 years OF TRAINING HAS BEEN BURSTED AND WASTED. you dont know what you stand for AND WAT is right. retrace your steps and put your legs in the shoes of humanity! PEACE! TO YOU DOCTORS! OR SHOULD I SAY strike TOU YOU DOCTORS!
PoliticsAmnesty: What Happens After October 4th? by djayxpro(op): 3:32pm On Aug 24, 2009
This question lurks in the heads of Niger Deltans. Do we expect more blood like Uduaghan's 'fire for fire' or what? we need answers!
Dr. T.K Agary on a t.v interview said we should not look at that angle right now. From my findings, the response from the militants is really slow. though i believe towards the deadline there will be an increase! but what will happen to militants who would not accept the amnesty offer? Do we expect more blood in our region? let us know our stand because year 2004: Asari Dokubo vs Ateke featured random killings what will 2009: the year of pardon feature? Nairalanders!

EducationRe: LASU, UNILAG, UNIJOS Will Defy ASUU To Conduct Post-UME's by djayxpro: 2:49pm On Aug 24, 2009
you know what? ASUU is fighting for the betterment of our universities. To me, they should continue the strike on a condition that on calling it off, there ll not be strikes from ASUU in subsequent years.

fellow nairalanders, i was watching the news also. as i saw Nigerians sitting in that hall, i wondered how they felt seeing a foreigner point out our disabilities. straightly telling us our problems result from bad leadership. newspapers carry this same 'turn over a new leaf plea' but it all falls on deaf ears. what is the way forward aside being EMBARASSED? cry angry
