The problem with my people is that they will see such things going on but will never report it. They believe that as long as they know it's fake drinks, they won't buy it. he can't just arrest him. You don't know if he's going to plaster the floor and leave it the way he met it. Don't rush to conclusion.
Also it's very likely he paid caution fee too. Though I think the caution fees in Nigeria should be higher than What's being paid today and the money should be returned if the rented space is left in good condition. But but dey inside. I know my people, both landlords and tenants..
