Wat of PCs that come natirally wit windows OS?? I've had two PCs where the OS just crashed witout warning. Lets face it Win 7, 8 & 8.1 are really flawed. Vista was just disgusting. Win XP is probably the last make sense OS that Microsoft ve made. Thats why am hoping and praying Win 10 mkes sense
You're missing the point. Run Windows on solid hardware and you'll forget about your HD crashing. I've been using Windows for about 9 years and not once have I had my HD crashing. I used win 8/8.1 for over 2 years and had no problems with it. Not once once. I'm currently running win 10 insider preview and I'm enjoying it. It all depends on your hardware. I have friends complaining everyday about their win 8 and I don't encounter the problems they complain about.
Phones / Re: Why Your Really Need To Stop Free Browsing Tweaks. by Djtm(m): 11:34am On Jul 18, 2015
Crap!!! So what happens if network providers decide to provide unlimited internet for cheap prices and everybody starts subscribing? What you posted up there is more like "Why I think unlimited internet is bad". You just listed why browsing too much might be bad, nothing specific about browsing cheats. I opened the thread thinking you'll address the issue from a moral standpoint.

AdeLaNa1:
Pls Explain......
Most of the problems people encounter with Windows is due to the hardware running the OS. You'd hardly see people running Windows on Macs complain about the OS.

I think the problem with Windows has more to do with hardware rather than software.

Crocodile browser tends to speed up your browsing because of some special codes that we used."
Did anyone see this?

"It took us 8months to complete all the codes and push out the first version on playstore (in september 2014)

Why would developers speak like this?
Crime / Re: We Planned Ikorodu Bank Robbery In 30 Minutes— Suspect by Djtm(m): 10:14am On Jul 07, 2015
I thought I was the only one who noticed that these are not the real robbers. They might be criminals or something but they are most def not the robbers. The story is so dumb only the NPF could have cooked up something like that. But Nairaland, I'm impressed. I didn't expect Nairalanders to have seen through this.
Politics / Re: Aregbesola Commences Salary Payment, Cuts Pay Of Political Office Holders by Djtm(m): 11:09pm On Jun 30, 2015
And I don't understand why people are commending this guy. I mean, he's paying 1.5months out of 8 months and you're still hailing him. I've been seeing posts like "Good one mr governor" etc. What's good about this? Are y'all retarded_ or what? These kinda crap can only happen in Nigeria.

Windows 8 & 8.1 are completely flawed! Gosh i can't deal anymore. My pc just crashed for the 3rd time in 10 months. Lost everything! angry But luckily, i backed up everything on my external hdd. I'm going bak to windows 7 until windows 10 is released
I've been using win 8 and 8.1 for more than two years without any issues. I wonder why people complain about win 8/8.1. I've only gotten bsod once or twice in the 2+ years I've been using it.

I use an old Intel core i3 laptop with no dedicated graphics card cry. Was thinking of buying a gaming desktop initially, but I think I should change my laptop first.

The first step is to get rid of all icons in your desktop. You really don't need them there.
Then download an hd wallpaper that looks good to you. I take that back, download tons of cool HD wallpapers and save them in a folder.

Search online and download "rainmeter". Install it and then search for "rain meter skins". You'll get a lot on deviant art.

Apply any of the skins that suit your mood.
You'd need to know how to edit the skins to suit your taste tho.
If you run into any problem you can ask for help here.

Thanks. I'll surely check it out.
Webmasters / Re: My Advice To All Nigerian Developers by Djtm(m): 10:34am On Jun 02, 2015
Happens to me everytime. I'd be like "if I can get someone to work on the front end now, t this project will be easier for me and faster also". But then you sometimes have to do the job alone when you don't know anyone that can handle the job as properly as you would. You are sure A wouldn't do a good job on the front-end like you would do why call him in? I hope to meet very good and trustworthy developers soon (in real life, not online) so at least I'll have my jobs easier and faster (and cash smaller, since I'll have to be sharing cheesy)

It's cool. Though I prefer car wallpapers to have lots of background effects, like flames and stuffs. It's cool tho.

Do you want me to give you links to names of famous hackers who are rotting in prison now?

And he got caught. In Nigeria! In Nigeria!!!!! He's not that good. I'm willing to bet he didn't hack anything. He just liaised with some workers in the bank to transfer some outrageous amount of money.

Talented gurus using their God given 'highly calculative' brains wrongly.
But if it were to be in a place like America, this guy would have gotten himself a job with the CIA, but here in Nigeria, we kill both the tallent and the tallented.

Too much Hollywood. If you do that in the US, you're going to jail for a looooong time!!!!!
