vikel2104: ok. It's been a while since I last posted here. It seems this page is for musicians. Well I play the piano. Learnt 95% of what I play by myself (by observing the pros). I'm also on my way to becoming a pro that is, i'm above average though some people consider me a pro already but I know that I'm not where I want to be yet (I don't like to speak very highly of my skills so that my ego will not get bruised when I meet a better person and I'm more open to improvement that way). I'm very much comfortable playing in my church. I think i'm gonna continue playing piano for life. I love it. Any one who plays piano here?

I do too. I'm also self taught and I think I fall into your category. I've been playing since jss2.

I beg to disagree on "majority of Nigerians don't play games"... every guy between the age of 12 - 25 plays HD games (PS & XBOX), while every gal between the age of 16 - 20 can run down a 10000mah powerbank playing temple run/subway surfers.
I don't think anyone targets adults when producing games, so if your game is good, majority of Nigerians (teenagers/youths) would play.

I just googled it. You can disable images and javascript by typing about:config in the address bar.

Barywhyte: Not a plugin. I remembered I downloaded a third part software that enable that box to be up there. Now I did that when I was using window. I just imported all the features from windows to Linux when I switched OS. Yea you can disable JavaScript. I have done that before, on windows 7 tho, a bit of googling will do all these for you

I used to disable javascript on firefox 17.0 downwards now it's not there anymore. It used to be here (see screenshot below).

Barywhyte: Maybe you should do a bit of googling. I have the box just here on my mozilla. Disabling images is just a click away. I cant remember if I did this myself

Maybe it's a plugin you installed. I don't really need images off. but sometimes one needs javascript off so you can know how much your web app sucks without javascript.

I'm trying the etisalat #200 stuff tonight. If I don't get the 1.2MBPS you guys I've been talking about, I'll delete this thread. If I get less than my normal 600KBPS I get on mtn, I'll delete the internet!!!

I can. It sucks. It shows you the mobile site with images disabled. I dunno if it's free 'cos I still have active suscription.

Not sure about images but on recent browsers, you can't even disable javascript.
