The problem with you is comprehension the NSA engaged a private security firm own by an isreali security expert Eyel Mesika to purchase the arms on behalf of the FG. The FG has no business contacting SA directly, that's the arms dealer perogative. If not for mischief purpose the CAN President did not play any role directly or indirectly in that transaction he leased out his jet already to a firm to manage and with the official statement from Green Coast claiming responsibility for renting out the jet to the arm dealers he was exonerated from that moment. The cardinal spoke in a very derogatory manner jealousy was evident in his tone calling the CAN president and the President money launderers without proof is very appalling and shameful of a man of his caliber he should tender and unreserved apology to the CAN President who has stood firmly for the advancement of Christians in Nigeria. 4 Likes |

It's very sad that we are entering 2015 more polarized than we were in 2011, many has blamed it on GEJs reelection agenda from the happenings from 2011 till date the North had made their stand that power must return to the north either by choice or by force they have made bold their threat of making the nation Ungovernable for PGEJ this also led to the pulling out of 5 northern governors from the PDP when it became apparent that GEJ want to seek a second term in Office which he has constitutional right to, they tried other means to pull him down Sanusi an inside mole for the opposition leaked an unsubstantiated claim of 50bn he recanted the figures on 3 different occasions before he was kicked out just before the dust by sanusi settled. Tambuwal a son from the caliphate accuses PGEJ that his body language supports corruption then OBJ a known northern ally and a schemer wrote the most damning letter from a past president to an Incumbent titled before it is too late but then it was too late all this act of sabotage didn't stop PGEJ under a reformed PDP led by young and energetic Adamu Muazu from clinching the PDP presidential flag ticket un opposed a fit only imagined by his predecessor. Call him clueless at your own peril. The North in the past 4years has shown Little or no tolerance for the leadership of a minority this trend cannot be sustained considering the fact that the North led this country for almost 40yrs from our independence as a Nation and the incumbent is still saddlled with the responsibility to provide power, schools, good roads, diversification of our economy etc speaks volumes of the kind of leaders we had in those years. 15yrs of AD/AC/APC rule in Lagos amounts to total failure of Leadership. As much as I admire the Oratory skill of the incumbent Governor Fashola he has also failed to deliver the dividends of democracy to an appreciable level. Considering the fact that Lagos State is the smallest state in Nigeria with huge Federal presence a little effort in the right direction would be easily noticed by all asundry. In 8yrs in Lagos state I wonder how many new Secondary schools has been built? not to mention tertiary institutions. despite huge world bank loan for that effect. What's the performance of students from Lagos state in external exams and salary of teachers? When compared to states like Kano,Anambra,Enugu? 2) Transportation in Lagos has been an Achilles heel for a long time. He BRF promised in his first term to deliver the blue line 8yrs gone now we may have to wait another 8yrs for that vision to be fulfilled. Credit must be given for the improved water transport in Lagos but for a state that prides itself as Atlantic splendor more needs to be done, BRT is the new molue poor maintenance culture which has been the hallmark of failed leadership in Nigeria is already replicated. I have read various reports allegations and counter allegation regarding this Unfortunate incident. A case of money laundering for or by who Can we confidently say that the following persons collaborated to launder $9.3m? The President who would have given directives for the arm purchase? The Minister of finance who would need to make necessary financial documents to guarantee the release of cash from CBN? The Head of the Apex bank who authorized members of staff to release the cash to the money lauderers? The NSA Who issued the end user certificate alongside the official seal of the NSA? Green Coast company the company that rented the jet to the money launderers? The MOG The original owner of the jet. Judging from the list of people who got involved directly or indirectly we can confidently say this cannot be money laundering rather a covert operation gone bad. The easiest means to launder money is through bank transfer no sane person would attempt carrying such amount of money through the airport security checks without been detected also this deal happened on a Friday and Green Coast told us the chatter service was for a round trip to SA 5th&6th don't forget 5th is on a Friday what would have been there assignment to dump the money in a bank? The Israeli whose identity was released is a known security expert , the identity of the other two Nigerians has remained classified as expected of every covert operations Worldwide the SA authorities understand this that's why they didn't make there identities public since they claimed from the onset that they were there to purchase weapons on behalf of government. the Government did wrong was owning up they would have distanced themselves from the deal but I guess it was the credibility of the MOG that was been tarnished that made them open up eventually been the first high profile individual linked to the case. A government like USA would deny. Completely a case where they violated Pakistans sovereignty just to take out Osama bin laden If that operation had gone sour they won't have claimed responsibility. Was it GEJ that traced the jet owner to CAN president avoiding the Lessor in the Process? Why should it be GEJ That would confirm if Asari was aboard the Aircraft. My personal opinion if what APC want to make us believe is that the arms were meant for the Niger Delta militants then it will be stupidity to believe that cause the easiest route for illegal business is along our Waterways and I notice the spin doctors are trying everything possible to blackmail this government yesterday Sahara reporters gave a false headline 70 soldiers killed as Boko Haram re enforces troops with 3 Helicopters if you connect this Sahara reports with the Arms deal you will see the reason why they regard both Sahara reporters and APC as Boko Haram propagandist and supporters respectively. |

CAN you state clearly the aviation law the pastor broke in his bid to commercialize the aircraft? The question is why is Falana not in court to prove his claim? Secondly there is no law which prohibits two company from entering into contract agreement Eagle Air and Green Coast. And for your information Green Coast Produce Ltd the company which the jet was leased out to gave an official statement even making public the name of the person who chattered the jet to SA as John Ishayku. The South African newspaper, City Press, said documents in its possession show that the first consignment was personally signed off by the National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, who issued the end-user certificate for the transaction. An entire “shopping list” was supplied with the certificate, which included everything from helicopters to unmanned aircraft, rockets and ammunition, it said. From the quote above we can conclude that it was the NSA Who approved the botched $9.3m arms deal and this simply exonerates the CAN President of any complicity am happy this news is not from the Nigerian media, pretty surprised nobody has pointed accusing fingers at Sambo Dasuki. My take the Nigerian Govt is simply desperate to get arms through the black-market and South Africa is simply doing the biddings of World Powers by sabotaging her effort to do so this cannot be money laundering as I type this message a Nigerian Local government chairman, Commissioner,Governor somewhere just successfully laundered money abroad, not even a toddler would not attempt smuggling cash in a suitcase to a foreign country and this incident happened on a Friday September 5 am not sure banks in SA operate weekends so the possibility of lodging it in the bank that day is not possible, secondly there was a receipt of items to be purchased with a seal from the NSA.what went wrong and. Can't tell, thirdly SA has strict laws governing bank transactions compared to some other European countries with less stiffer laws. SA is not a first choice of destination for money laundering. on this recent $5.7m deal its a wired transaction between two company's with Societe internationaux based in Abuja am waiting for the Nigerian Govt to lay claim to this cash and we all need to find out all the share holders of this French company in Nigeria. |

Falana said by the provisions of CAMA, the jet which was [b][/b]allegedly registered for the facilitation of evangelism could not be leased to another company for commercial purpose, as CAN had said while defending Oritsejafor. Only in Nigeria would a SAN pronounce someone guilty based on rumor the jet which was "allegedly" registered for evangelism for God sake if you are not sure what name Pst Ayo used in registration why not do your homework properly before coming out to feed this majority of the gullible peeps on Nairaland trash. |

After watching Oritsejafor preach at the National Christian center yesterday on NTA, I now understand why he is the target of all this attacks that man carries something them call am anointing, no wonder it's annoying enemies, haters internet lap dogs etc....i really feel like squeezing the cardinal for all his derogatory statement on Oritsejafor but make I leave judgment for God. |
